I had a great experience at Rooms To Go in Stafford. Thomas helped me purchase a new sectional after recently moving into the area. He was a great help and I will definitely request his help again when buying from Rooms To Go. Rooms To Go had a great selection of nice quality furniture and I’ll definitely be returning for my next furniture purchase.

Sabina is the best vendor you can wish to have! She ask you the right question to see what you are really looking for, she showed all the options and then let you think with no pressure at all! Her personality and calmness make you feel you are making the right choice. Even I had an issue with the delivery, she gave the extra mile to help us all the time.

I have purchased furniture from RTG several times, and I hate to give them this review, but they are selling their customers an extended warranty that amounts to a scam and a betrayal . Fortegra will do ANYTHING to deny your claim. their reviews and BBB complaints speak for themselves. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS, AND YET RTG CONTINUES TO PARTNER WITH THIS COMPANY AND SELL THE WARRANTY TO ITS TRUSTING CUSTOMERS.Very sad experience. I had an extended warranty on some furniture I purchased last year. The table suffered some surface damage from a scented oil spill. They were determined to deny my claim. I was given a different reason (3)each time I refuted the previous one. Lastly, they claimed that it was impossible that the spill could have caused the damage in the pictures I sent them, based on the information they alleged they saw on the air fresher manufacturer website. When I said it depends on the surface in question I was told that Fortegra did not build the table so they know nothing about that.Unfortunately based on other reviews and complaints, my experience is not unique.you can ask for a refund, but of course it will be pro rated so you still lose money.Note: their contract limits the recourse you have, including waiving the right to be part of a class action lawsuit. This explains a lot considering the number of customers they have betrayed.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE EXTENDED WARRANTY !
