The short guy who is a nonstop chatter (looks like he swallowed an engine motor or something) as well as the other guy who are the owners are both con artist who will overcharge you. The place is ridiculous with cars parts left everywhere. I believe they fix cars with parts where they take from your car. Do not* leave your car here! Run for your life and take your car elsewhere if you need service!

My experience with Reliable Car Care, particularly with its owner, Shyju, was beyond disappointing—it was infuriating. I entrusted them with my car for what should have been routine bodywork, but the results were nothing short of a disaster.
To start, they left a sensor hanging in the engine bay, which was originally attached to the crash bar they replaced. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. The paint job was another story altogether. Not only did they fail to blend the paint, resulting in poor matching with the rest of the car, but they also used a completely different paint than what was originally on the car. The difference in color was glaringly obvious and made my car look like a patchwork quilt.
While installing the bumper, they managed to damage a small part near the headlight. It's as if they were determined to cause as much damage as possible. To top it all off, the bumper alignment was botched, with it being pushed in further than usual (can be seen in pictures)
But the disrespect and unprofessionalism didn't end there. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, Shyju's response was shocking. He had the audacity to claim that their work was top-notch and that it was impossible to match the paint exactly because my car is custom painted. His dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility were infuriating. He then proceeded to get angry and told me to never come back before hanging up the phone which made me lose out on over $2,200 over bad body work.
To add insult to injury, Shyju insisted on cash payment to avoid taxes and fees, forcing me to go to the bank and withdraw money for the transaction. This lack of transparency and professionalism only added to the nightmare of an experience.
I have attached pictures of the painted front bumper and hood that they painted and you can see the difference from the fender and the rest of the car along with the horrible panel alignment.
In conclusion, my experience with Reliable Car Care was a nightmare. Their shoddy workmanship, coupled with their disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, is something I would never wish upon anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

They are very rigid and non accommodating. I went for timing belt replacement job but was not satisfied with the information that the mechanic provided me. It seemed like he was more interested in jacking up the bill and not with providing information. There also seemed to be a lack of transparency in his way of doing business.

Have only been here for body work. They will charge average rates that are lower than professional body shops. Quality of work ranges from average to sub-average for the price.Poor timeliness and communication.. they may have your vehicle for a week longer than they promise so don’t believe the completion date they give you. Opposite service of what the shop is named!Not bad solution if you’re completely broke and need body work done, but definitely a sub average repair shop. It’s more worth it to pay a little more money and get it done at a professional shop

Both Shyju and Sathish are honest and dependable. Recently I experienced some brake related issues, and another place suggested for replacement, however Sathish looked on it and recommended that it's in good condition and it required some lubrications only. I appreciate his sincerity and I would recommend Reliable car care for any mechanical jobs. Their price is also decent and fair.Services: Brakes
