Every time I call to speak to a sell representative I get transferred 4 times just to leave a voicemail and never get called back. Never again buying from this company. Orders take long and they never pick up the phone and I never get called back.

Ordered several white plastic sheets and was sent black instead. I understand mistakes happen, and was fine - but getting the mistake corrected has been the most stressful and frustrating experience I've had with any vendor. The pallet of incorrect ordered sat at the front door of our business for two weeks - in trying to get this picked up and a new one sent, I spoke to a Brian C., a Stephanie, and a Matt. Each time I called, no steps were taken to pick up the order and send out a new one. It was like a new call each time. Finally spoke to a Richard, and after having to throw a tantrum, the order was finally picked up and replacement order initiated.After a month since the original order, the new order is finally in route, which I was charged for AGAIN and told that once the incorrect order is received back, I'll be refunded for that. Keep in mind the order has already been picked up from me, but they cant refund until it is received in their warehouse - which means that if the carrier loses the order or damages it at no fault of mine, I will not get my refund?! ...On an order that was sent to me incorrectly by the company. Never using again.

I purchased a 43"x43" piece of plexiglass that I purchased over the phone with Rick Pijanowski on their national phone line, New York I believe for me to pick up "will call" at the Stafford location. Rick was professional and courteous and advised me that it may take a week or two for the piece to be ready for me, which was not a problem for me knowing this pandemic has everything slowed down. Anyway I waited about 4 weeks to give the Stafford location a call and the item was there waiting for me. I work actually on the corner of their street at the other end and it was very convenient just to go by and pick it up. Very nice people on the phone and when I went to the back for the will call pickup I was taken care of in about 3-5 minutes and was out the door. Brought the piece home and it fit perfectly. It was thicker than I had anticipated in my mind which was great and added to my satisfaction. Nice folks, good price.

Just ordered a 2 pieces of plastic only to find out when I got home it's the wrong size and clearly states on my invoice is supposed to be 26"5/16 get home to see it is 21" no where near the correct size on top of which they are showing open until 5pm nobody will pick up and its 430 on top of that drove and hour each way to pick it up. Thanks will edit the review when it is taken care of was supposed to have this project completed this weekend only to find out nothing is open now.

I order a sheet that was supposed to be transfer for another facility a week later I called and the order was no put in, and I order it again and the next week I got the same answer the order was not put in, I don't know whats the deal with this guys. so be careful and make sure they put they order in before you hang up. it looks like they don't care if you only spending a couple hundred dollars.
