“My first time at this post office and was a little disappointed because Google said they open at 7:30 when their sign says 8:30 so, while waiting for them to open I updated the time. John was helpful and informative and helped me cover the “priority tape” I used on my packages. Facility is spacious and well kept.”

I'm looking at it from another point of view.. customers come in UNPREPARED, holding up the line, they are told what they need to do and they still want to argue with the PROFESSIONAL and tell them what to do..its The UNITED STATES POST OFFICE NOT UPS, where they package everything up for you. You are supposed to be PREPARED when you go up to the counter. The USPS does not supply tape to tape up a whole box, it has to be purchased or use the free tape for priority service, but of course many get upset when they are told this. Hope this helps for the other side of the spectrum!”

“Given all the reviews I came in with extremely low expectations.I came in to send a letter as well as ship a package (needed to purchase a box at USPS). There were 3 employees at the time and they were all very helpful.Your mileage may vary of course, but given my own experience I will happily come to this location again.”

“I adore the ladies at this post office! I have been coming here for a few months to mail packages more often than in the past. They are always here to assist. During the holidays, the lines can be long. But, that is to be expected b/c people tend to wait until the last minute to ship things. I came in today to mail a package overseas and within 5 -7 minutes, the woman had the stickers ready for print, address verified, customs forms reviewed! I was so happy because it was a long day. Hopefully, they will read this positive review because they deserve it. I do not ship packages with any other post office in Houston!My one complaint would be that the supplies for purchase such as tape should be better stocked. However, one time I came in and forgot my tape and they had two rolls of tape accessible for all customers.Also, in my visits to the post office over the past 2-3 weeks, I've always seen someone getting their passport picture. Even today, there was a couple families getting their picture taken.”
“I went in to ask a question about a package that had arrived the day before to DeMoss; it was stuck at the North Houston distribution packaging center for over a week. I wanted to make sure I would receive that day as it was my medicine. The USPS man told me exactly where it was, and gave me a timeframe of the delivery. I was so relieved and thankful that I went home and prepared a present! I waited outside patiently and when the mail person arrived, he exchanged the mail for presents. I really hope he realizes how thankful I am for their service! We rely so much on USPS, and they work diligently despite setbacks. You are appreciated!!!!!!!”
“I have been using this post office for years personally. Personal mailings have been few and far between however once I started my business, I use them weekly. Consistently service has been wonderful. No, they may not do alot of small talk or give big smiles but every Postal worker has been professional, helpful and patience through my learning curves. They have made suggestions to help me make better decisions for my customers and today, Ms. Karen went above and beyond to help me ship my package and covered my mistake. “Because of all the negative posts about this particular post office, I almost didn't go there to mail my pkg. Because I don't give much credibility to everything I see on social media, I went there. I used the kiosk to create the postage for my package and it worked fine but when I attempted to put the pkg in the drop, I couldn't get it open so I had to stand in the line anyway. The line moved fairly quickly and then I reached the worker who was very kind to explain to me that my postage was incorrect and why. Also he processed my pkg very quickly with the difference in postage costs and I was out of there. Also my pkg was received in two days.The only issue is that the outside drop boxes have been moved but the directions are wrong. The neighborhood has declined remarkably so maybe drop boxes are not safe.”

“I went to this post office on 02/03/2024. The people who are working are very efficient and friendly as well. There were some customers there and a super rude lady showed up & telling her coworkers how they don't do their job deligently infront of the customers. I asked the employee who was helping me who she exactly was. He told me she is their boss. Humilating people infront of customers is very disrespectfull to her coworkers & to the customers as well. . If you have an issue with them , call them in your office and say what you have to say. Managers or supervisors who are rude l can not be productive. No matter how much you scream at them, the job can not be done. Learn Humbelness. You need to have a leadership class to handle your anger issue. May God bless those people who work hard to support their family !”

“We had a passport appointment at 11:15 and were seen by 11:30. Ms.Mona was absolutely nice and made the process seamless. She made copies of the supporting documents, provided us with the money order to pay for the fees and ensured the application was complete. Great experience!”

“In January and February, Ms. Margie went above and beyond to help me get my packages. She kept her word, found my packages, called me just like she said she would. I changed my review from a 1 to a 5 for this post office all because of Ms. Margie's customer service. I sure hope she is there today when I go to the post office.”
“Honestly I've been coming to this location for a little over 4 years now and granted its not going to be your fanciest USPS BUT if you are aware whats happening the company itself is struggling (because they dont overcharge on shipping) so its a win for consumers and a L for the company itself. With that being said- Regardless The staff has always been absolutely amazing! I've been to the Westchase location on Sam Houston tollway and definitely saw the difference in a young lady there absolutely not wanting to be helpful at all :( But that's not the case for this location luckily all the employees have always been extremely helpful and just regular folks tryna take care of you. :) I'm very grateful for the service they have provided to me for these past four years and I definitely recommend anyone to go here for all your shipping needs. Also to help them out just pickup a sheet of stamps it's really not that expensive and it really helps out the post office. Your Houston neighbor Mel”
