My room had roaches in it. There are stains on the couch and all the walls. The tv was duct taped together and looked like it was one touch from falling apart. Disgusting place to be in to be honest and they make you put in a 50$ deposit

THIS WAS THE WORST STAY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. UPON CHECKING IN IT WAS H***. I HAD TO CALL THE HOTEL WHILE STANDING AT COUNTER BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE.. WE GET INTO THE ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONSIDERED CLEANED, NEGATIVE. THE BED WAS MADE BUT IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE LAID ACROSS IT. I WENT TO USE THE RESTROOM AND THERE WAS NO TISSUE. I HAD TO CALL TWICE FOR TISSUE. WENT TO WASH MY HANDS AND THERE WAS NO SOAP OT TOWELS SO I HAD TO CALL TWICE AGAIN. I ASKED FOR A ROOM CHANGE AND SHE SAID THEY WERE FULL. I THEN CALLED FROM MY CELLPHONE TO INQUIRE ABOUT A ROOM AND SHE STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS FOR THE ROOM TYPE I DESIRED, SO SHE LIED TO ME.WE FINALLY GOT THE NECESSITIES WE NEEDED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED ALREADY. WE BEGAN TO UNWIND AND MY HUSBAND JUMPED IP TO KILL TWO ROACHES AND A BUG BECAUSE OF THE SPACE ON THE DOOR AND DOORFRAME. I’M READY TO GO BUT THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. TURNED ON THE AC AND IT WASN’T COOLING OFF SO I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AGAIN. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD GET COOLER LATER TONIGHT WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN. THE ROOM DIDN'T COOL OFF UNTIL THE EVENING OF THE SECOND DAY. WE LEFT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND UPON RETURN THERE WAS ANOTHER ROACH AND MIND YOU THERE WAS NO FOOD LEFT OUT. MY HUSBAND WENT TO SHOWER AND A TICK OR SMALL INSECT WAS ON THE FACE TOWEL. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE INSECTS. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER OYO PROPERTY AGAIN. WE DESERVE A REFUND FOR THE H*** WE WENT THROUGH. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE OF TEXAS LICENSING AND INSPECTIONS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE I DONT WANT NOBODY TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE WENT THROUGH!Rooms: NASTY AND THE BED WAS VERY HARD!

When I went in the room there were gnats by the bed. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone wouldn’t connect to them. Tried to watch tv it was blurry. Went to complain to front desk she said well the tv was working. I told her I just walked in the room so what u tryna say. Then about the gnats she said she couldn’t do nothing about it so offered me another room. I said I wanted this room cuz of the jetted tub just check on the tv. I’ll be back. Went back to the room the key card didn’t work. When I told her this she said rudely don’t put the card with the phone. I told her clearly the phone can’t fit into my pouch with the card so don’t assume. There was also only 1 bathing towel. And dirty cleaning towels left inside. Also no one ever came to fix the tv and haven’t gotten my deposit back yet. So definitely poor service. Clearly will not return

This place was absolutely 0 stars. The service at the front desk was very dissimilar from other places. The shower was leaking water all onto the floor, the toilet seat was broken, and the tv had so much static you may as well squint to get a clear view. I had so many issues with this place.

I personally have no complaints. Very easy process, with great customer service. clean spacious rooms great fit for a family with the convenience of stores in walking distance. I’d stay againWalkability: When I say everything is walking distance from Walmart to Waffle House

******DENIED MY GIRLS SERVICE DOG AS WELL AS MINE. WITH PROPER PAPER WORK!!!!!******Was not allowed to get a room because we had service dogs with us. Even tho I did not have to present their papers along with their tags, and we were turned away. Will be reporting them to the correct agency to file the proper complaints so no other Service dog and their owners get denied.Noteworthy details: Will turn service dogs and their handlers away even with proper paperwork that was requested.(witch is not allowed )

Room smelled like cigarettes. Room service was non existent and had to ask front desk for soap and toilet paper. Key card stopped working every day and had to have them fix it every time. Saw a parked car get backed up into then fled.Oh and there's a $100 deposit..

Service was HORRIBLE, the ladies in the front are very rude and have bad attitudes. My boyfriend and I booked a room on 09/30/23 worth $58 & on top of that we had to deposit $50, They kept the deposit and have not refunded the deposit! Today is 10/10/23 we are still waiting for the refund! We will be filing a complaint & as a company you need hire women that aren't so negative towards all their customers.

Service was pretty fair. Rooms were not up to the mark. Towels were dirty and floor was also not mopped properly.

The hotel is already bad but the fact that I had to put a deposit in after I already paid the amount I needed to pay is outrageous. I have yet to receive my deposit money back and I am going to file a police report as it has been almost two weeks since I have not received my money.
