I was ready to pay whatever price a dealership had quoted for my AC. Then, the manager came in like an angel and blessed me. He helped me find the problem, fix it, and save me probably hundreds of dollars. This genuinely made my day.

Dee was very helpful and a great employee. I came in to replace my dead battery but we were having issues searching up my warranty info due to an error from another location but Dee stayed patient with me and took us about 30 mins but Dee was able to figure it out and replace my battery and get me back on the road.

Came in to check an engine light. Nothing popped up but the store manager looked under the hood anyways. By doing so, he pointed out what could be the issue. He proceeded to fix the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars if not saved my vehicle from damage.
He educated me on what he was doing and what to look for in the future. Thank you very much and I hope others will be lucky enough to find this kind of service wherever they go.

Farhan was very unhelpful. Bad customer service. I asked him to help me look at my tail light that went out and he didn’t want to help. He kept telling me we don’t have to do that but all I was asking for initially was to even look at it to make sure that it was out since I cannot see it unless I hit the brakes which I can’t do and see the light from behind the car at the same time. I would have bought the light from him but he told me to go to another O’Reilly’s instead. So I went to the one on Hwy 90 which was more helpful.

Very unfriendly store representatives! When you say thank you even twice, you just get to see a serious attitude as a response and no welcome. This is how you treat your customers? Common, learn some good customer service rules.

I give Merline and Randy 5 stars for helping me out with my auto situation! As frustrating as my car situation is right now, they were very helpful and patient to my needs. You guys both deserve raises or extra $ from your boss because without PEOPLE like you guys, there would not be O'Reilly success stories or experiences for PEOPLE like me. Need more people like yall! Thank you!

Came in for some wiper blades. The woman merline at the front with the awesome tattoos was so helpful and even helped me change the blades. But the gentleman who was with her in the front made my son’s day. He is so kind. “Bless your souls”. Hahaha. Iykyk This place is awesome. 10/10
