Love this gym. Quality people that hold you accountable as well as help you achieve your goals in a group setting is really hard to find. Rub shoulders with like minded people and experience life changing results.

OSP has been the best thing to come out of 2021. The professional trainers customize the adult workouts to challenge the group physically and mentally… all in an effort to make us the best we can be. I am beyond thankful for finding OSP! Join us for a fun time while becoming stronger every week!

This is a great place to go for a quality, community focused workout. No more being in a crowded gym and feeling alone! Get in there, bring a friend, and get ready for a lift that will make you say, "Man... I wish I found this place sooner."

This place is amazing! I have been training here as a college athlete for a year now. The class has amazing workouts and the coaches are very motivating and personable. I see myself working out at OSP for many more years!

A hidden gem!! I have been working out in the adult classes at OSP for about a year and really enjoy the clients and trainers. Connor and the staff are all very knowledgeable, caring, and inspirational. All new equipment and creative, modifiable training routines. Zero pressure or judgement - just effective and efficient workouts. If you are looking for a new gym - this is your place!!

My husband and I both go to OSP for group strength training. It is a great place to work out! It’s very clean and organized, great equipment that is in great condition and very well-planned workouts geared towards functional strength training! There’s group classes AND open gym opportunities which allows for great flexibility. Highly recommend OSP!

OSP is awesome! They have a great staff who are always committed to making sure you achieve your goals that you have set for yourself. They do a great job of finding the right way to push you and really make you feel like that care about you. I would recommend OSP 10 out of 10 times to anyone. Great place for kids as well who are looking to have a serious workout routine to help build on their athletic abilities.

I have never enjoyed group workout settings, but Connor and the whole OSP staff have created a great space for any one on their fitness journey. It’s a great environment and makes for a great community!

My kids absolutely love going to OSP and are upset if they have to miss a session. It's great in building athletes and the coaches are awesome.

5stars. Very good intro to gym etiquette and safety. They form a fitness foundation that an athlete can carry with them anytime, anywhere. A very positive place to build strength, speed, and core.

Just started with my 9YO son for strengthening, agility, and speed focused on Baseball. He had a very fast growth spurt (4in in a year) and has become a little gangly. The routine of 3 days a week is fantastic. The coaches are excellent and inspiring and push for results in a very positive reinforcing way. This is an excellent way to gain said qualities.

Excellent trainers where the kids want to go rather than where you make them go.

My kids have been training at OSP for several months and both love it. Coach JD Sellers and his team are excellent with the kid athlete. The class focus is on agility and speed and, I feel this has translated to improvement in my kids' team sports. They also feel more confident and strong. One of the things I really like about the class is the coach's after class pep talk. It may be about working hard, a story of an athlete, eating right etc. Thanks Coach JD and team.

My 13 year old baseball player goes to OSP 3 days a week and does NOT like to miss! He says it makes him a better player and I agree.
