A special order is a special order okay I understand that but then in the long run they expect the customer of little money to cover the return shipping and handling and it's was a nightmare for no reason. And had to go to the store four times for the same problem till we gave up and waited then found one of the managers was out on vacation and didn't let us know .. cause we were waiting on the return. Unfortunately Mrs. Monique fixed it and helped us and I know she wasn't happy having to deal with another managers problem. So out of a 700$ item we got 500$ and some change , ridiculous. And there system isn't linked like there competitors so unless they have your record or receipt they can't help you . So other locations can't help you at all. Won't be going to Napa for anything ever again

Rude staff. They don't have testing items required for you to make informed decisions.
they also don't do refunds on electrical parts. Ends up feeling like an unintelligent cash grab all around.

I dont want to come back this store anymone, I bought a reman brake booster for my truck after 3 weeks it failed not even a month. By the time I wanna return it. The manager David H. He refuse to accept the the parts and he want to give another reman parts made in mexico then I refuse, after long arguing give me a refund because I told him i'm going to call your manegement.

Joel let me know what was wrong with my car In less than 30 minutes and it didn't cost me anything...the testing is free...and then they tell you if any what the problem is and how much it will cost.. very professional employees...

Great service, there's was a online special for 20% off. Since I was at the store I just went to te website and ordered online to receive the discount since I had 3 items. Didn't have to wait the 30 minutes, the cashier got my order asap and I was out in no time.
