I had about 13K worth of equipment, tools and personal property stolen from one of my units in late June 2023, I contacted property management to get video footage to turn in to the police since they have cameras all over the facility.The response I got was that their cameras were "temporarily out of order" at the time the theft happened and all I got was an apology.I contacted upper management and they told me that there was nothing that could be done and that theft happens all the time.In conclusion, this facility has outdated security equipment that may or may not work.BEWARE!

Horrible service no one there. Arrived yesterdsy 4 people waiting.Person CC is never there doesn't answer phone. I don't understand how PS allow this type of service. Use to be great service horrible now

The Staff is always so nice to work with. i had an auto pay, and when i had to cancel my card, they worked with me to show me that they value me as a client... mine is a 5x10 climate controlled, and I actually love the location... 90,59,BW8.... gets me there fast... (special bonus, I used to live near them, so i get a trip down memory lane, when i pick up or drop off in my unit :) )

Clean storage site. With live on site staff. Climate control is really cooled in the summer and warmish in the winter. Reasonable prices. Solid separation between units.

Very clean & very helpful employees. Most importantly to me, their fees are lower than other storage facilities. They also have slightly longer access hours.
