They only care about money, not the animals. It's not the same as it was years ago when real loving vets were caring for our pets.

i scheduled my two kittens for spay surgery with this clinic. i received a call the friday prior to surgery that if one of them was in heat (as I was concerned my tabby was), that they would not be doing the surgery and would have to reschedule in two weeks. when i took them for surgery on Monday, Dec 4th; they spent all day there and I was very excited to pick them up. it was then I was told that my tabby was in heat but they had done the surgery anyway (?) the vet tech brought both of them in one carrier with their cones on. They had no room and began fighting and the tech unzipped the carrier and had to restrain the tabby with a towel. You would think if you're paying top dollar for this kind of service, you wouldn't come in to see your own cat trying to attack you. " we probably need to give her more medicine " Why wasn't she medicated enough? I just spent my savings on this. they brought her back in a cardboard carrier (that i was charged for) Dec 6th, Wednesday, I called to tell them that the tabby that had been in heat was very lethargic, not eating or drinking; Instead of scheduling a follow up; they prescribed more pain meds which I went to go pick up & also had to pay for. I gave her pain meds as instructed. Friday, December 8th, the tabby hadn't moved in 2 days. I go back, this time they tell me the cat has developed an infection. The total of the infection was $250. (was the infection from the fight in the carrier where she may have ripped her stitches ?) I wasn't able to give her the last day of her amoxicillin (spilled), so i needed some more, had to go pick up some more which they also of course charged me for ($60) It ended up being $1500 total. No veterinarians called, no vet techs called. I never once heard from the Vet who did their procedure, I never once heard from the clinic checking on them before or after the infection. This place doesn't care about animals & completely emptied my pockets. absolutely horrible experience !

I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!

If you'd like to be baited and switched, this is the perfect place. They don't know their prices until you arrive, then double them. The last time, our dog had a bot fly and we were told we needed to start emergency chemotherapy for $2,400. Today I could get a human cremation cheaper than a dog. This place is a rip off.

Dr. Brady is an exceptional vet. His love for his patients is very evident. Hegoes above and beyond each time. You canmot ask for a more caring vet. Carmen loves you Dr. Brady.

We have had a great experience here - I can think of nothing negative to say. Our dog has received excellent care from her vet (Dr. Brown), and the technicians have been great too. (For example, they are always very nice about helping my big dog back into the car.) The charges are in line with what I would expect to pay for veterinary care generally. I give them my highest recommendation.

I really love this vet, Dr. Brown is great! She explains everything that's happening with my pups clearly, and when I have to call from home she'll even talk to me on the phone to answer random questions. We've never had a bad experience, definitely worth taking your animals here!

I don't normally write reviews, but feel as though it is needed. My dogs and cats have seen Dr. Brady, Dr. Clark and Dr. Pella over the last 15 years. They were treated with great love. But in the last few years, Dr. Clark and Dr. Pella have left and and Dr. Brady has cut back his hours. We have found that all of the other doctors are all about the money. Pushing for additional tests and charging high prices for medicine and shots. They also never run on time anymore. Does not matter what time my appointment is, they are constantly 30 minutes behind. For the last two years, I have tried other doctors, (Dr. Brown is nice), but sadly, after 15 years, we will be taking our animals to another clinic that cares about the fur babies more than the profit.

This place has some doctors extremely aggressive in giving diagnostics and medicines, for my cat's vomit, they suggested bloodwork, x-ray, urinalysis, anesthesia, antibiotics, over 10 in one visit, and I turned up spent $750 for a vomit diagnostic and they said it's probably diet change caused infection, and gave me another $100 worth of medicines to use on cat. Avoid Dr Puksta at all cost. She'll drain your wallet very quickly. The second time I just want to have urinalysis, they said bladder is tiny cannot do it. SO I still don't know if the medicine fixed it. I asked her to check the ear, and spent another $250. What an awful place. I cannot believe it. Please read this review and find some other better hospitals which are not interested in the money only!

I have to say Dr. Brown was amazing, very helpful and gave me clear explanations to all my questions. She took the time to answer all my concerns even though they are still doing curbside visits they were very attentive and made me feel welcomed and best of all that she truly cares. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment the front desk were so welcoming and ready to help. Super kind and I spoke with 2 ladies. Both amazing! ( I'm sorry can't recall the names) but they were so willing to accommodate my scheduling needs. And wow on Shana, she is definitely one of the most caring and committed pet care giver I have met. She went above and beyond to help me understand my new pets needs. Thank you soo much to everyone! Most of all to your high and deluxe quality care you provide to our fur babies. Will definitely come back!

I am very grateful for having Dr. Walter as my pets' veterinarian. Dr. Walter provided the best patient care for her patience, time, and advice during my call this afternoon. Every time I speak to her about Bastian, she provides me with comfort by offering solutions and professional input. She is beyond intelligent and has the ability to explain my pet's medical results and observations in a way that I understand. The office manager, Amber, is also very kind and helpful. She always has such a positive attitude, with an eagerness to help. She is another key asset to this veterinary practice! I highly recommend Stafford Oaks Veterinary Hospital for your pet! They provide overall outstanding customer service to pets and owners.

Do not take your pet here . I spent over $200 for nothing ! BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT , I was told he had stomach infection n he was given meds and nothing got better , come to find out my dog had fluids in his belly AND They never MENTIONED it TO ME ! My pet is at risk of dying now .
