My contractor has been using this company for years and subcontracted with them to replace a glass shower door. We placed an order in Jan. and paid in full (per their service requirements) in March. In June we had a no call, no show for our first installation appointment. During the second install appointment, they shattered the glass, said nothing to me or my husband, and left. They also left small pieces of glass in the entryway to the bathroom, in front of the shower and in my closet. I spent time cleaning the glass, as well as the cuts in my hand and feet. A few days later, they called to reschedule (no apologies issued). They came back and installed the shower door a week later. It was not until then that I realized they unplugged the deep freezer in my garage for their tools. I had to throw all the food in my freezer away. The company not only called my husband and I liars, but said they used battery operated tools to install the glass shower door. They refused to issue any type of reimbursement for their poor service or the hundreds of dollars I had to throw away. If I could give negative stars for this company, I would. Extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and unethical!!!! Do not use!!!!

I hired them to remove a window pane to get a piece of furniture in my house and then put it back. It took 10 minutes. I received a quote on the phone, and when the technician got to my house, they decided to charge me $100 more. I asked why, and he responded, "The new owner just does that sometimes." This company worked on my house several times under the old ownership, and this didn't happen. I do not appreciate the dishinesty.

I've been getting glass from here for years. All of a sudden I place a order same as always and the price per glass is double the price I've been paying for years. Something's not right. And clearly customer relationships don't hold any weight.

Triple check your custom glass order upon pick up BEFORE leaving. Ordered a custom tempered glass through merchant, measurement was off, merchant refused to redo glass for their vendor's mistake (the shop they order the glass from) only offered a measly 10% off for a whole new glass.

The white lady with glasses in the front taking orders was rude from the moment we walked in. As my dad was viewing the product, I could see her staring, making a face, and then turning to someone and making a remark. Not only that, but she repeated herself even though I told her that my dad has already ordered from them in the past and I didn't need any more excessive explanations. Her ignoring me reaffirming her that I understood seemed like her undermining my intelligence as if I can't comprehend what a quote is, even though I told her I fully understood.

I highly recommend them! I have used this company for commercial and residential properties. They are very understanding, patient and knowledgeable. The customer service of the office staff and techs is amazing! Friendly people with great quality work!

I had this shop do a frameless glass installation for a walk-in shower, and a thick glass top for my dry bar. These items were done about 2.5 years ago, and have held up absolutely wonderfully. Very pleased with the quality of the work and how well they’ve aged.The bar glass was initially cut incorrectly due to bad measurements on their part, and they were nice enough to re-measure and re-cut on their dime.

I've been trying to work with this company for over two years to get a door installed. After over a year they came out with the wrong door and had to take it back to be altered. This has been over a year since, and they are not returning any of my calls. My challenge is that they are the only company that can install my door and were referred to me by the manufacturer's representative.

Called them twice to come out and look at issues with patio sliding door, both times was told someone(Justin?) would look at schedule and call me back. Neither time did I get a call back. Very, very unprofessional!! I would give no stars if I could as they did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me !!
