I've been a metro pcs customer for probably 8 years. This is by far the worst location. Full of people that just pass the buck. I came in because I've been having issues with my camera. Right when I get there I was told I should take it to the Apple store.. I've taken it the several places to get it fixed. There is just something wrong with the phone. I haven't even had it for a year and they refused to let me use the warranty on it to replace the phone. They are rude and unhelpful. Will be switching phone companies because of their incompetence.

I honestly haven't had issues with the service, what I'm here to complain about is that guy that was doing business with made changes that I didn't authorize to my account which I think is wrong not to mention he refused to give me a receipt.

I had to edit this review after speaking with Andrea today she helped me and assisted me in regards to locating a location with what I was looking for.I was a bit upset due to calling and they assumed it may have been a prank call but after speaking with Maria she apologized and all I was looking for was assistance with adding a feature to my line. Again, thank you for helping me and I know overall it just may have been the miscommunication as to the phone lines not working properly.

Poor customer service giving false information Metro PCS have $40 for one line he is asking $50 when I told him is not that much then he told me I will try $40 if system accepted but first time you have to pay $50+$10 for sim card.I don't recommend anybody to go at this location.
