Front desk lady is very rude and chooses who she wants to give services to. Management needs to be changed, especially replacing the front desk lady who should be welcoming.

I absolutely love this shop and their work. But my last 3 appointments, I've had to wait over half an hour. A wait here or there is reasonable, but it's becoming consistent. Still love the work they do!
