I’ve been coming here for 5 years to get my eyebrows threaded when it was owned by Kriti. She was amazing, I loved her. However recently she sold to this new lady and every person who has done my eyebrows has been HORRIBLE! (I’ve done them with 2 different ppl) I kept coming cause ever so often I was lucky to get Kriti as occasionally she was there. Today I was lucky to get my eyebrows done by the new owner… or so I thought! As she was cleaning my eyebrows she asked me to check them and I told her to take some hairs off, she did and I again asked her to take more off from the front and she goes on about “most ppl don’t want them that thin” I told her, “I didn’t want them thin but I need to shape it because there’s no line to guide my brow.” She was irritated that I was asking her to clean the hair that was left behind. She said “well your hair is growing in a different direction ? I said “okay you still need to remove the hair.” She proceeded to asked “do you want me to trim it or thread it?” With an attitude, Like, what?! Excuse me I’m the paying customer and if your asking how does it look and I tell you to remove more hair than do just that! The audacity this lady had to argue with me about how I wanted my eyebrows. Word of advice lady, shut up ? and just do what the customer is asking you to do to THEIR face. Your two cents aren’t needed. Needless to say after 5 years I will never come back to this facility again! All thanks to the owner herself.

I really appreciate how the hair stylist,Ozlem worked in my hair. She is so talented. If you need haircut or any coloring or anything for your hair, I would definitely recommend that you see Ozlem. She knows what she is doing. Plus she is super clean and pays attention to hygienic rules

I've been coming here since 2014 and never leave disappointed. She always listens to what I want and always delivers (I get threaded eyebrows). The facials are honestly soooo amazing!! And you can definitely tell the difference when getting the brightening mask.

If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. I honestly downloaded this app to write this review about how terrible this place and I mean terrible the owner is the worst. She fires anyone who does brows better than her. I had to go to another place after she ruined my brows and she didn’t even properly clean it well. Then had the nerves to want me to pay for the work she done. Please if u want bad brows with a bad attitude go here. She claimed she trains all the others who worked for her before but it’s baffling how they all do brows better than her. 0/10 really. N

Lovely place. I got henna on my hair and it turned out great! Better than using chemicals. The owner was very good at her technique and Ive been to several other places and was best yet!

This was my first time there.I went because of the proximity to my home and the fact that it had good reviews on googleI am not one to write negative reviews for businesses but I think this was the worst experience I've had so far at a salon I just needed my eyebrows cleaned which was an affordable price, only to find that they accept card only if you use minimum of $10.The lady who cleaned my eyebrows then blatantly told me just give me $4 tip!! I mean that's outrageous - $4 for a $6 service To make matters worse, I kept telling her that I was not happy with my eyebrows but she insisted that they were fine I went home and looked in mirror and saw areas that hadn't been properly cleaned so I went back and she did remove them, but after mentioning that this means shaping the eyebrow and not cleaning I have been to previous Salons and I know how well they clean my eyebrow for me.I never have to go back.The only plus side was clean salon, ample space and in a good location I'm not returning back for sure!!!

I always leave feeling satisfied and beautiful! I love how they thread my eyebrows and lip. I trusted them so much that I even started getting facials too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming!
