Josalyn is the best she works with her clients to find the best option even if it isn't with her. With things like this, it is rare to find someone who follows through with what they said they would do, but Josalyn always knocks it out of the park. My first experience with Josalyn Dean was a few years ago. She is one of the most professional people I’ve ever encountered. She took time and listened to my needs before offering a couple of plans and explaining the details of each one to help me decide on the one that best fit my situation. She was timely in her replies when I had questions and I found her to be very knowledgeable in the health insurance business. She recently guided me again. Josalyn Dean clearly cares about doing what’s right for her customers and taking the time to get them in a policy that is in her customers’ best interest. I will confidently recommend her to my friends and family.
