Staff is by far the worst. Manager is horrible. I hate with a burning passion to even go to this damn location because I already know they profiling . Hate having to be a big black guy. Can't never reytn anything. This will be the last time I come here, I will always go to central. This location is just convenient because it's 5 minutes from my job. The staff really needs a customer service workshop because the way they conduct business, they all will be replaced.

I should have asked for her name, but it was a young white girl. Drove 40min because my instructor had told me they have the book I needed available. I ask her if they had it. She kept questioning me and looking into the computer saying they don’t have the books. Like the storage is Litterally next to you go check. Long story short I came back driving another 40 min. Got my book after my instructor called their staff. Came back to her to tell me “it had different ISBN number, and that she didn’t know it came in 3 bundles”. Like I showed you the picture and it said 3 BUNDLES! Your just lazy that you couldn’t check the storage! Which is right next to you! Horrible, lazy and unhelpful person. Pls get another job if that isn’t for you.

They are doing a very poor job with handling affairs since the beginning of COVID-19. I have an unresolved issue with book purchases and my first summer class starts next week. Not to mention my order for other materials I needed was cancelled and I did not receive any notification about that. Again, summer classes are starting and due to their poor customer service I am unprepared.

The service is terrible every time. The staff are rude, unfriendly, and impatient. Just because they are older people serving mostly younger people does not give them the right to be rude and abrasive or have attitude with everyone. They always seem very annoyed and they are not helpful. It doesn't matter what the age gap or situation is, customer service comes with certain expectations and this staff are not even close to meeting them.

HCC .and the book stores remind me of the poor service of the way station zombie employees in the movie Beetlejuice. HCC needs to rethink it's philosophy about customer service. With few exceptions, the administration and professors forget students and taxpayers pay their salaries and costs. Shameful!

The time and dates that this bookstore really need to be updated and if the new schedule is only temporary due to summer this need to be stated online instead of having people drive to the store for books to find that its closed!!

Called the bookstore MULTIPLE times and no answer. When i finally spoke with someone I spoke to Candy, regarding a textbook to see if it was in stock, she told me she didn't have time to take my Order # and check it. She also reminded me that they close at 1 on Fridays and to hurry over there. Worst service ever.
