I used the Airbrush products 2x so far, and I have to say that I'm truly impressed! The make-up looks flawless and does last all day. I love that it is light and looks super natural! I will definitely be purchasing more colors.
I noticed many negative reviews,,,,Consumers NEED to pay attention to the terms & conditions! Also, in order to keep the Airbrush device running efficiently, it's important to clean it AFTER every use. Otherwise, it will clump and not work properly.

Customer service is abysmal! One star because zero didn't seem to be possible. I received a return authorization number (RMA - return merchandise authorization) to return a product. After a family medical tragedy time passed and the number was no longer valid. The company provided another one. That was great. I was offered the opportunity to purchase a shipping label. I provided a bank debit card for that purchase as the original product purchase was made using a card that was, since the purchase date, stolen and then replaced. I SPECIFICALLY stated the card was to be used for the purchase of the return label ONLY. After receiving the email without the label and seeing NO a charge for one, I called to ask why. I was told that the previous rep made a mistake and that the label could not be charged to a new card and that I should just mail the product including the RMA. Two days later - with a valid RMA number in the system and the company expecting to receive the product any day, they charged an installment/membership cost of $43.94 to my card! Then they wanted a tracking number to process a refund. I don't have one yet. I shouldn't need one at all. The charge was NOT AUTHORIZED, period. I was on the phone for over 45 minutes with a seemingly understanding representative who put me on hold 4 times after I requested to speak with a supervisor 4 times due the the conversation not rendering a satisfactory resolution, such as "here is your refund confirmation." Finally I was told that a supervisor would call me back in 10 minutes. That never happened. The WORST part was being told that they "DO NOT PROVIDE SUPERVISOR NAMES OR EMPLOYEE ID NUMBERS." THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY and seemingly are fine with providing atrocious customer service. I truly wonder if the customer training manual instructs reps to put people on hold and then come back with a variation on phrasing the same information and questions just to see how long it will take to wear a person down and avoid doing the right thing.

Cancel my subscription over a year ago. I no longer receive products but they have billed me every month since I’ve canceled and of course after calling and emailing multiple times and saying yes it’s canceled. I continued to be billed monthly from my bank account. This company is a scam and will continue to take your money whether you cancel or not, receive products or not. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Total Scam!!!!
