“Bottom Line Up Front: Coach Cal is the best trainer in town! He came to us highly recommended when we were looking for basketball training for our son. In addition, my son, at age 7, stated he wanted him to be his coach. Unfortunately, he was drafted before coach could get him. We started training with him about two years ago, and have not been disappointed.Coach Cal does an excellent job at reinforcing the skills necessary to make these young boys and girls better athletes, better students, and better citizens. He's firm when he has to be and gentle when he needs to be and the kids love him for it.We have witnessed improved fundamentals and increased IQ. We have seen a skillset that other parents often inquire about. When asked, we are quick to recommed. Once those kids come to training, they don't go anywhere else.Coach puts the child first, and it's obvious that money is not a motivator. You get a huge bang for your buck. Stop by the Landmark Community Center on Monday nights to see for yourself. You will love him just as much as we do.”

“I was visiting Houston and needed to get judged for the first two Open semifinal workouts snd they were super accommodating. Coaches were helpful and members were very supportive. Thank you all for everything!”

“There's a ton of different kinds of workout equipment here. I mostly use the treadmill. There are some of the machines that are out of commission, but I've always been able to find one to work out on.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed coming here. For the last 4 years I've worked out in my garage, and I've accumulated a lot of equipment. So I didn't know what to expect since it's been a long while since I've been to a gym that isn't my garage, or CrossFit oriented. The workers were pretty friendly at check in. Making my way to gym 1 and 2 were great. Very big variety in equipment in both gyms. But I didn't get a chance to see gym 3. I went in on an early Saturday morning and a late afternoon Sunday and it was pretty slow, I didn't have to wait for anyone on the equipment and vise versa. There were people with cameras and tripods but that didn't bother me. If it's something that bothers you, just a heads up with that. I'm excited to see what they come up with the storage space they have in the parking garage, as one other review mentioned. It would be nice to have a sauna or even some ice baths, but who knows. The gym is smaller than I expected but don't let that take away from how epic this place is. I live in Cypress and was in Sugar Land staying with my mom while my house gets some work done. So it's hard for me to justify a membership when I live so far, and I have plenty of equipment of my own. BUT, I think I'll make a habit of dropping in once a month for a change of pace. 10/10 WOULD recommend for everyone. Don't let the scene intimidate you, most gym enthusiasts are very helpful and approachable. Truth be told, most people aren't even paying attention. Give it a shot”
