I recommend for honest auto care. I've used this business for 4 different used vehicles I've had. The mechanics do a better, faster job than dealerships who overcharge.

I took my car in to Greg’s Grease Rack based on recommendations from NextDoor. I am pleased to say I am 100% pleased with everything they did. They called around while I was there to shop for the best prices on parts that would have to be ordered, and I am satisfied that I not only got the most reasonable prices, but also excellent work on my car. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great place. I was in need, and they came through in the clutch. It's a little pricy, but was it worth it? Yes. Would I recommend their work yes. Overall, great job.

There are not enough words to describe how happy & relieved I felt once my vehicle was in the hands of Greg's Grease Rack. I had taken 2 vehicles to another place and was not only screwed so bad (without so much as dinner or a movie) but both those vehicles still had issues. I wasn't about to go back them. The first time I spoke with Patrick I was immediately relieved. Just the fact that Patrick knew exactly what was wrong, what had been done wrong and the way he spoke to me made it all better. He taught me quite a few things about what's included and how I got overcharged at the last place. Most people see a woman coming and get dollar signs in their eyes. Not Greg's Grease Rack. You will be taken care of. You will be charged fairly and no overcharging of labor. Honesty and Integrity is what you will get. There's just no other place to go.

Don’t bring your car here. Brought my car in for a repair and it overheated on me a week afterwards. I had another mechanic go in and find out that nothing was reconnected properly . The radiator hose was loose among many other connections which cause my car to overheat and cause further damage to the engine. I called to let them know and the manager, Patrick was very rude on the phone and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining what was going on. He said to bring the car back in and then he doesn’t care what any other person says, and that they stand behind their work. I will not be bringing my car back here because of their unprofessionalism and complete disregard or accountability. Rudest manager I have ever spoken to and definitely the worst customer we and mechanics.

Donny, at Greg's Grease Rack, did a great job installing a new transmission in my 2004 Honda Pilot. I was able to find one for my Honda online and have it shipped to them. It weighed a ton because it is for a 4 wheel drive SUV. But Donny and his team did the job, and the car is running like new!! I am very grateful. It was a big decision as to whether I should do it before I sell the car and invest the money, but I know it will be worth it. Now I can put a good price on the car and know it is safe. Patrick gave me a good price and I feel confident about the outcome. I am very grateful and highly recommend them.

I thought my car's AC was beyond repair - it needed a new compressor and a condenser, and to make matters worse, it's a hybrid. They found the parts and fixed it. Then we found out a hose was leaking as well. They dyed it and got that replaced as well. That was 2 years ago and my AC is still ice cold! Highly recommend these guys ?

On my way to a business meeting and had a nail in my tire. I called my client to reschedule our meeting. I stopped in to get it fixed knowing it would take 45 to an hour like most places would. They plugged it within 20 minutes so I called my client back and I made my meeting. I can't thank you enough to your team there!Service: Tires
