By phone I communicated what was wanted, the price range, and the service details. We agreed on the delivery schedule. I returned home but was unable to attend the funeral because of illness. I saw a photo of the arrangement and was so pleased! I highly recommend this florist for attention to detail, following through on the schedule, and keeping the cost to exactly what was discussed. I always order directly from florists in the delivery area instead of a flower service because you get better control over what you order and the quality. I have ordered from Classy Design more than once and their flowers are BEAUTIFUL! They're fresh and last a long time. If there's any reason they have to differ from what you order online, they call you and work with you on a substitution. The changes are just as great as shown online. I highly recommend them!”
