You need you body right, he’s the one! He makes you comfortable with the space that your in. The team of people he partners with are amazing! They push you to your limits and the energy is just top tier! I’ll have my Angela Bassett arms in no time! And he gives you a meal plan to follow and get lean! Included in your training! Wow!

Chris knows his stuff! For workouts to food to consistency and accountability, he’s your guy. One thing to be aware of…he knows if you cheat!! You don’t have to tell him you cheated or say you were perfect with your food, he WILL know!! the work outs are intense at times but the results are definitely noticeable.

If you are serious about fitness Chris is your man. The workouts are different each time and focusing on all areas of your body. Upper, lower and full body. I got stronger with each workout and did things I thought I was not strong enough to do. I followed my meal plan and was on time for my sessions. Chris will keep me updated with any changes to the schedule. Check it out if your goal this year is to get fit. Definitely do it with Chris.Elayna

I definitely enjoyed working with Chris, owner/training, on my health goals. He altered my workouts to accommodate my knee issues. He has a strong medical knowledge which is a plus. If you are not a cook and prefer to purchase healthy tasteful food, purchase from him. I cannot wait to get back on a work out routine with Chris.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a personal trainer. Chris took care of my weight loss journey from a to z. From the workouts to the food. Everything I need is right there at the gym. Not to mention the continuous motivation that I was missing in my solo routine. I was able to lose 39 pounds and 10% body fat in just 4 months. As long as you keep it simple and follow directions you can have the same results. Thank you Chris.

Chris is by far one of the best personal trainers. He keeps you motivated and wants you to reach your goals! He offers boot camps, one on one training and also offers individualized meal plans. I love going to FWC!

Chris is a Jack of all trades. There are several different approaches to reach your fitness goal. He has group classes, competition training/prep, and individual diet/meal plans. Chris excels at pushing you towards your goals and his wall of previous clients shows that.

I was referred to Chris by his late father, Rodney White about 10 years ago. I wanted to lose some weight but needed direction. I had previously attended several boot camps and gyms without having lasting results. Immediately after visiting FWC and meeting Chris, I was convinced this was the place for me. Chris was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. His program was life-changing, it became a lifestyle. They were focused on helping me achieve my goals. I trained consistently 3 x’s a week and attended boot camps there as well. I’m proud to share that with discipline and commitment I was able to reached my goal a few months after joining. (I went from wearing a size 14 to wearing a size 4/6). I learned how to workout correctly and most importantly learned how to fuel my body. Although I reached my goal within a few months, I remained at FWC for 6 years. The training became addictive, boot camps were competitive and FUN!
