horrible customer service. very rude, wouldn't provide the information regarding the progress on my vehicle. instead the owner told me not to call him or go to his shop. he'll call me and was very rude and unwilling to tell me any information

I discovered this shop by picking up a friend who had service done there. I was very impressed with the definition of the problem and the solution on how to fix it that Felix gave to my friend. It was not alot of mechanical mumbo jumbo, he was straightforward and to the point on the problem, solution and pricing. I soon after had an issue with my car a/c. He allowed me to bring my car on a Sunday, cause Houston heat is unbearable. He diagnosed the problem, gave it a quick fix and explained that it was going to go out completely eventually. A week later exactly what he explained happened but it gave me time to get the money, buy the parts and drop off my car. I received the call less than 24 hours later my car was repaired and inspected to be sure it was performing. The assistant is very friendly, professional and always efficient. I left my credit card there and after retracing my steps it was right where I left it. Not sure of anyone else's experience but this is now my Shop!!! Felix and his staff got the job done for me!!

This place has poor reputation of being a great choice. This is a hostile environment and isn’t kid friendly. The communication is misleading and work on your car will be unfinished. This is the last place on earth I’d think about coming to for repairs. I can’t stomach the disgrace and disrespect endured at this unpredictable hostile environment. Worst place on the planet , Felix the owner is a complete psycho!!!! Pull out his gun because he lied over and over about when my car would be ready , he doesn’t take responsibility and very nasty completely unprofessional!!! I called the cops because my safety was in danger this was the worst experience of my life stay away people !!!!Service: Body & Trim

Worst place ever , they will keep your car as long as they want after giving you a 24 hour turn around time . And please don't complain to the owner Felix , he will get his gun for you yes a GUN because he didn't do his job right !!! I had to call the cops it's not even safe !!! Very unprofessional. I was referred by a someone who hit my car while they were drunk , horrible service my car wasn't repaired properly and I paid!!!
