I had a very disappointing experience at EZ Pawn Shop. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in helping or providing basic customer service. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I was treated poorly from the moment I walked in, and their attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. With so many other options available, I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time visiting this place. Avoid at all costs!

Stood around 30 minutes trying to get someone to help me purchase a firearm. Guys behind the desk have no urgency to help anyone. Probably about 10 customers in-shop at the time of my experience, 3 walked out with me. I’ll be sure to keep this place in mind on my next day off so I can spend my whole day trying to purchase something!

Called this seemingly high rated pawn shop. Ez Pawn, to ask if they had any lawnmowers available for sale. I called three times, thos morning, and the last time let their line ring for more than 20 minutes before giving up. Their listing on Google states they are open for business, Sundays, and - as I was not having success finding a moderately priced mower at any of the big box stores - decided tobdrive across town to visit EZ Pawn, directly. Other reviewers claimed the store is very fridly: " all the staff said "hello"!. However, when I arrived, no one greeted me. After looking around the soace and not seeing any kowers, I managed to get the attention of a bespectacled employee long enough to ask the they had any lawnmowers at this time. He told me, "nah, we don't have any, now." I observed that I could have saved a 20 minute drive across town if they had just answered their phone. His exact response: "we busy, and when we busy we don't answer no phones."Wow... that is exactly the opposite of great customer service. After that exchange, I will never do business with this establishment. Nor shall I refer business their way. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. I am NEVER too busy for my clients. NEVER.
