My neighbor referred me to Ellen Lighting. I made an appointment with Alan to explore lighting to replace my chandelier above the dining table, and add pendants over the kitchen peninsula. We had a lovely meeting and explored the store to discover what designs and colors I liked. Alan helped me find just what I was looking for, and we ordered it. It was delivered quickly. My dining room and kitchen look so refreshed. I love the change and love the experience at Ellen Lighting!

Alan is amazing! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Ellen Lighting and Hardware. Alan went over and beyond for me. He really took his time explaining all the different options and offered excellent suggestions. I felt so confident I ordered my kitchen lighting, dining room chandelier plus hardware for my kitchen cabinets. Alan also kept me updated regarding order and delivery. I highly recommend EL&H for all your lighting needs and more. They have a beautiful showroom, great pricing and top notch service.

Fantastic customer service!!! I ordered product from them via Amazon. My product was damaged during delivery. They communicated regularly about the progress of my refund as it was a large purchase amount. Amazon was giving me the run around about their return labeling failure. Ellen lighting stepped up and refunded me the return shipping of $280.00. I would definitely not hesitate to order from them again. Very honorable company. I tried to post a review on Amazon but because I mentioned how poor their customer service was, they didn't print the review. Buy direct from Ellen. Highly recommend this company!!!!

The goal was to decorate our new home with light fixtures that are chic and uncommon. The challenge was finding where to get those and at great prices. Enter Ellen Lighting and Alan Kershaw. The pieces came out wonderful! The experience with Alan is most commendable. My Rep is Mayra with Ellen. She has been great for the past few years we have worked together. She is always available, even during the midst of a pandemic. Always communicates great and responds in a timely manner on everything. If i am needing a fixture or a part she goes the extra mile to help find it and deliver it.....and at times sends a service tech to install it. She is a great asset to Ellen Lighting!
