I ordered previously in December with no issues, however, for Valentine’s Day I placed an order to be delivered to my daughter, and although they did attempt the delivery twice, I was not aware that my daughter would not be home. I reached out to the company and spoke to Ashley who stated that she was the manager and I requested a refund or a credit for an Easter Arrangement. Ashley stated no refunds and also no Easter credit. She stated the only alternative would be for my daughter to come to the store to pick up an arrangement which is not possible since my daughter works very long hours. Unfortunately, I’ve disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

I ordered an Edible Arrangements in December with no issues, however, I placed an order for Valentine's Day, and although the company attempted a delivery twice, my daughter was not home. I reached out to the company to request a refund or a credit for an Easter Edible Arrangements . I spoke to Ashley who stated she was the manager and there would be no refunds and no Easter credit. Ordered a large arrangement it turned out to be one of those moments where you think you order something good but get delivered something that looks nothing like what it's supposed to look like. I was disappointed and embarrassed it was supposed to be special but instead was a huge fail.

Wow. I never write reviews but if you are considering this place I highly recommend that you think twice. I read the reviews too late and the responses from the owner are so rude, unprofessional and not remorseful at all. My boyfriend made a $100+ purchase for me for Valentine’s Day. Not only is it not here he didn’t receive a call saying it would be late and they’re not picking up the phone. I understand high volumes on Valentine’s Day but this day happens every year you should prepare for it accordingly. Select a different location this one should be shut down.

My order was not ready on time. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I planned out errands before hand. Not even a call at least to let me know? Not cool.

I order this smoothie at the store and the lady was by her self working on the shop, I know is not her problem but for a smoothie have to wait over 15mts for it is sad because she is over working. This type of stores has to find a way to have enough personal

I ordered a fruit bouquet and tray with chocolate dipped fruit. Fruit are fresh and tasty. Design are good. Only thing I ordered a bouquet full of fruit but I received one fruit and lots of kale Ok kale is healthy but I would prefered more fruit

I just wanted to say Thank You to all the staff at this location who made my daughter's Birthday Edible Arrangement. Everyone I spoke with was kind, patient, and understanding. This was her first birthday since moving out of state, and you guys went above and beyond with updates to make sure she received exactly what I ordered. Thank you so much again!!!!!

I placed an order for Valentine's Day to be delivered and it was never delivered. I called the store for serval hours waited on hold and they never answered the phone. Placed the same order at the one on Westheimer and had no issues. Also what's the point of you telling customers to check their order status online, if it doesn't give any other information other than when the order is received and delivered.

Never received my order they still charged my account. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone on hold over an hr twice trying to at least get my money back. And to top it off my kids ended up with nothing for valentines since this was what they wanted and it was the plan to get edible to deliver. Completely aggravated by the situation.

Horrible experience, I wanted to surprise my spouse with a gift. This was my first time ordering and I called to get a eta on delivery. She told me it would be later on in the day and could be after 5pm. I get home at 5pm so it defeats the purpose of a surprise. The customer service is horrible. I got a refund but I wanted to surprise my spouse with a gift when she was having a bad day. You can’t fix that with a refund. They say it’s in the policy’s but I was thinking about making my spouse day better not going through your policy information.

Ordered a Birthday bouquet at about 10:30am for afternoon pick up and it was ready and appealing and very delicious! Customer service was excellent as well.
