DO NOT COME HERE! As soon as you walk in you notice phones but no labels, your looking at phones but dont know what your looking at, like really? Thats like walking into pharmacy and looking at pills with no labels, walked in for a phone activation, 2 associates present was forced to wait in line for 1 associate to take care of all of us while the other one did a whole lot of nothing, took almost more than 30 minutes to have service, i was told i was unable to resolve my issue there and then, first thing was told was “you can call customer service”, incompetence speaks volume, could have told me sooner but they wasted my time, this place speaks Mcdonalds language in terms of customer service,

Just went in for a phone cord. Stephanie was helpful but again too many different people working here. Some of these authorized dealers need to do a better job with training their employees and giving them decent hours and pay to work there. This still doesn't give the employees right to mistreat customers. Remember quality service will bring you customers. Again Stephanie was pleasant and helpful.
