This auto center is my favorite place when it comes to most of auto repairs needed, as well as state inspection! With a new building, great nice clean waiting room area, setting up with TV & WiFi including beverages, it’s very convenience!
Staff members are always friendly knowledgeable, experience, and professional. They always provide the best option and give you honest quote at affordable price for your car repair needed!

Colony performed a pre-purchase inspection on a 2002 W Z3 for me. Car was listed as "excellent condition, runs flawlessly." Well, that was not the case at all. Many engine codes for various mis-fires and timing issues, fuel air pump failure ect....Prevented me from wasting $12k on a car I would need to dump close to $4k into repairing. Great work, timely, and a very reasonable price! ?

Arrived right at opening around 7:30. Was told by the gentleman at the front that my car would be ready after 3-4 hours, which was completely understandable. I decided to wait and to my surprise 5 hours later. My car hadn’t even been taken in. I was concerned and approached another gentleman at the front desk who proceeded to shrug and give me an “it is what it is” type of answer. Turns out that they were “very busy” (I was the second customer in the shop) and they meant that it would take 3-4 hours after my car has been taken in. I wish they had been more transparent instead of saying that things would be ready to go after 3-4 hours. Almost 8 hours later (double than what I was originally told), the car was ready. I spoke to the manager about giving me a little bit off the price as half my day was gone due to their lack of communication. To my surprise, he began coming up with excuses as to why it would take 8 hours when they told me 3-4. At the point I just wanted to get out of there so I paid whatever they were asking for and left.

Awesome service and communication. Additionally of all the times I’ve had my vehicle serviced at other places, I didn’t feel like the work was done 100%. Upon Starting my vehicle from Colony One, I felt the work was completed the right way. I am very happy and will use them for my future service needs.

They have worked on my car twice they don't tell give you any information period that only do exactly what you ask and don't advise if there's anything mechanical connected to what you requested that you may also need to get fixed. They convinced me to buy their part with their warranty so that if anything happened I would be covered. I got that same P 0141 era now that I did in April I talked to Ernest on the phone yesterday who told me I would not be charged because I got the warranty I came today early to drop off my car and I was told it would be a $149 diagnosis to fix their mistake. Don't do business with these people. They are time and money wasters.
They also have a high employee turnover

I've been coming here for years and like so many other reviewers state, the customer service is always impeccable. Ernest is who I usually see at the front desk and he is wonderful!! Very friendly and upbeat and always leaves a smile on your face. Him and Chris are so helpful and answer any and all questions I have when I stop in. It can be hard choosing the right mechanic shop for your car, you can't always trust they'll not overcharge you or swindle you, but this is never a concern when I come here. They are very clear about maintenance issues and costs and communicate before taking action to ensure all is agreed upon. Thank you Colonly One for doing great work. Ernest, Chris and the team at large are fantastic and I'll always recommend this shop.
