“I love coming here for my cookout meat. I like getting the split seasoned chicken and the seasoned fajitas. The butchers are quick to help you, and they know their stuff. I wasn't 100% sure about some meat, so I explained it to him, and he knew exactly what I was talking about. The meat prices have gone up significantly, but that's everywhere. The cashier was friendly as well. Smooth and quick check out.”

“Hebert's is a fantastic Houston staple for great Cajun specialty foods. Stopped in on Saturday morning and received the same consistent friendly helpful service that I have been receiving from this location and the same dedicated-pleasant employee for over 20 years of shopping here. My go to favorites are the de-boned chicken stuffed with rice, broccoli & cheese dressing, boudain links, sausage on a stick, etoufee and many more. Love the taste of their food and will remain a loyal customer for years to come!”

“My boyfriend and I found them on Google, they are closer to us than a lot of halal meat markets. We came in looking for good quality meat, and that's exactly what we purchased. We were lucky enough to meet the owner, who was very hospitable and helpful to us. They aren't fully open on Tuesdays, but that didn't stop them from giving us exactly what we needed at an excellent price. Better than Costco. We will definitely be coming back ?”

“We love this place. The quesadilla is awesome. Just a little grocery store that offers Mexican delicacies on the weekends and other staples during the week. Great little gem though. Bodega style.”

“La Michoacana has always been a go to spot on sundays when I'm in the mood for some bog ol quesadillas or tacos. Their way of paying for the food is not as convenient but I guess it's safe. They have all kinds of snacks and foods that ypu couldn't find at Walmart or Target. Definitely check this place out if you want legit ingredients for your next latin dish.”

“This is a good yet small grocery store. It probably only has about 3-4 aisles of grocery items, predominantly frozen, canned foods or boxes. There are a lot of spice choices on the back wall. It’s not a very appealing grocery store in terms of the way that it stocked or organized seemed a little bit cluttered on the shelves however, I feel like I had a good variety. The cashier was friendly and helpful. There is Abdullah‘s kitchen inside the grocery store a pretty great dive type of a restaurant. It’s all made to order and was very flavorful, but not a massive menu. However, I feel like there was enough variety for our family.”

“The food is bomb for breakfast or lunch. My favorite is the steak fajitas Chilaquiles, to try go by 10:30 when breakfast ends. Sometimes no one at register but never waited too long.”

“From the moment we received our package of American Wagyu, we knew we were in for a treat. The packaging was impeccable, ensuring the meat arrived in perfect condition, a testament to the care and attention to detail put into every aspect of this product.

As for the Wagyu itself, it was simply sublime. Each bite offered a symphony of flavors, melting in our mouths with a richness and depth that was truly unparalleled. The marbling was exquisite, indicative of the highest quality and care given to these cattle. It's clear that no corners were cut in producing this exceptional meat.

Having tried various high-end meats, I can confidently say this American Wagyu stands out as one of the best. It's not just about the taste, which was phenomenal, but also about the overall experience—from the unboxing to the last bite. This Wagyu has set a new standard for us, and we'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier culinary experience! Greg & Lynn”

“You have GOT to go here. The place is not obvious, in a strip center, but OMG, BUCKLE IN, I *HAVE* to tell you:1. Good smaller grocery store. Not great for produce (quality, just not a huge selection), though I did buy some great veggies. They have a meat counter that looked clean and fresh, though I didn't need anything. They had a LOT of frozen and shelf-stable goods. I know beans about middle eastern food, but it seemed like they had a lot. 2. Wonderful bakery. As mentioned earlier, I know beans about Middle Eastern food, but I bought some of their magical pita. It was chewy, delicious, and flavorful. I also bought baklava and a few other unidentified members of the baklava phyllum, and an egg bread - not sure what it is called, khatchapuri in Armenia.3. The REAL reason you should go (after 11:00 am) is the lunch counter. I've been 3 times. I always get the stew with tomato, lamb, and eggplant...but also the shrimp pilaf and the lamb shanks with saffron rice - biryani in Indian food. They have kibbe and (for some reason) egg rolls and samosa.4. Really, really nice people. I felt like the customer they'd been waiting all week to see.5. Great value for money. I paid about $25 for 5 meals last time I went. A big pack of pitas (about 10 loaves, 10" in diameter) was $1.75.”

“(Translated by Google) It was my first time going to buy meat for roasting and I didn't know which one was better, but the boy Jose was so kind and helped me get the best and juiciest meat. I also tried the Tejano meat, which by the way I loved! I recommend it very tasty(Original)Fue mi primera vez de ir a comprar carne para asar y no sabia cual era mas rica pero el muchacho Jose fue tan amable y me ayudo a conseguir la carne mas rica y jugosa. “Great Mexican breakfast! Fresh salsa bar for toppings & spice. Good variety but breakfast is my favorite here. Authentic, homemade, tasty, and reasonably priced. The cafe in the small well provisioned grocery store has very accommodating cooks and the ubiquitous store owner is always there to help and an all around very nice guy! Check it out and be happy you did…..”

“Opens at 6am and closes 11 pm sometimes 12 am. The food they prepare inside is good. Staff is cool. Only one register. They do have a western union box so you can send money or receive. Great selection of everything you need. Some items may be expired but those you can really tell. A lot of drunk grown Mexican men stand sit or lay in front or on the side of the store. Sometimes they bother you, other times they don’t… it’s 50/50. More than enough parking available. Overall 5 stars in my book. Super convenient to anyone who stays on club creek.”
