In this bank I opened an account for my brother and my eldest son and I did not make an appointment and they treated me very well when there was a gentleman with a special disability who, by the way, was very kind and polite, but today, January 31, 2024, I went with my husband to open an account. checking account and I waited a long time because a racist woman of color who was in the middle of the bank who because she saw that I am Hispanic said that there was only one person who spoke Spanish and that's why I waited. I told her that she didn't need someone bilingual because I spoke English too and he told me that everyone was busy until there ok but then he approached me again saying that I needed to make an appointment and he told me after I told him I spoke English then another lady came out who spoke Spanish and she looked very ugly at me husband looking at him from bottom to top and told us that they couldn't serve us and there was no one there waiting and that's what bothered me the most,? My people, don't visit this bank, they really aren't professionals unless the people I mentioned before are there, it's a shame that There are people who underestimate you because of your appearance because it's worth it if we walked.I have been in this country for 20 years and I have never been treated so badly, much less by a bank.

Worst customer service of the lady on the left side of cabin old lady ,she just need some rest not work as she wasn’t in the mood to give right service to the customer she wasn’t in the mood to make new clients to the bank ..it was seems by the way she was talking how much she was in a hurry to leave ..horrible service by her ..bank is good just they have to replace with good employees.

BOA I have a very bad experience in the lobby. Drive thru not available. Only one taller working. Around 10-2 people waiting in the line

Nothing changes horrible longgggg line one teller in the lobby ! Was in line over 45 minutes... and dont be apologizing cause its been the same issue!

The bank manager allowed a gentleman to walk in and talk to her while two people were waiting in line. Then she tried to get me to leave the bank instead of waiting for a notary. Then she talked over me and wouldn't do anything other than call or email another branch. I was told that the person who held their medallion notary stamp was out of the bank. The rep called Sugarland, no answer. The manager claims that she emailed the Sugarland location, and didn't get a response. So the bank manager said drive over to Sugarland. Why wouldn't she make an appt for me at another location? Why wouldn't she call back until someone answered. Terrible, terrible customer service! Gas is not cheap. Time is valuable. I am a customer. Treat me with respect and provide me with polite customer service!

Horrible. Long line but only one teller working. Waited more than 30 min for depositing one check. I bet the people after me ended up waiting longer since line getting much longer.

The Manager, a very short guy is a complete a$$hole, disrepectfull. Wouldnt cash my check, even though i am a account holder and even the check was from a bank of america account holder.. reason: it was too big to be cashed out..
