These folks are extremely knowledgeable about their products. They were very helpful but not pushy when my husband and I went there to purchase recliners for our home. Their selection of quality rocker recliners is immense. You will not be able to find anything like this in a furniture or specialty store.

My husband and I went to a big box store looking for help on strollers and car seats. They were zero help. I did a quick Google search and stumbled on Baby’s and Kid’s first. We went to the Sugarland location and they were so informative and helpful. Carol helped us. She listened to our needs, made a recommendation but still showed us all the other option - so we could make an educated decision. Carol spent more than an hour going through all the things on each stroller. We will be going back to purchase both the stroller and car seat from them!

Love this store and all the staff!! Stefan has always been so wonderful with all my questions about stroller and car seats. He is an amazing human being who puts his whole heart into helping people and it shows!! Thank you for all that you do and I’ll definitely be back!!

My hubby and I are so pleased with the customer service you guys provided us with today!! Stephon was very knowledgeable when it came to our questions about our purchase today! The staff as a whole made our initial visit very welcoming! We definitely found our new favorite baby store.

I purchased all of my baby's nursery furniture from Baby's and Kid's 1st and was so happy with the decision! Great customer service, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, and high quality products. I was looking at other national stores before coming to this store and the quality of furniture at the competitors doesn't even compare to Baby's and Kid's 1st. I will definitely be purchasing our next baby's nursery furniture and baby gear from here!

Great experience picking up furniture. Came to pick up a glider and left with a book shelf as well. This location is also their outlet center. Great deals on what is there. I highly highly recommend checking it out

All companies occasionally encounter problems. In real life "stuff happens" What separates the good companies from the bad companies is how they respond to a problem. The Story: I ordered a car seat online. There was a problem with shipping the order... the short story is it did not ship. When I brought the issue to their attention they went over and above in their response. The car seat was for an infant and was needed immediately. They found the car seat at another store and drove it out to us and then gave us a discount coupon for the hassle. Good job guys thanks for the great customer service.

Easy pick up of your furniture orders from the loading bay. Friendly staff. Several items available for sale at huge discounts, usually returned or damaged items.
