I would like to share my experience with Atrium. After my mother developed COVID she lost her ability to walk. I also learned she had a stroke. She was treated at Baylor St. Luke’s for two weeks and discharged without walking. TIRR put her on a 2 month waiting period to be evaluated as a possible inpatient status. Someone told me about Atrium. After placing one call to them they made arrangements to have her picked up by ambulance and admitted. She told me everyone treated her like royalty. She said she didn’t feel like she was in a hospital. Everyday several staff members would stop by and give their own personal touch of care and conversation to her. She even had her hair done. Ten days later my moms was walking with a walker. This facility gave my mother impeccable care and some of her independence back and I highly recommend it. I know we still have a way to go but I am a voice piece for Atrium because I know what they did for my mother. I want to spread the word they are here to assist you in whatever you need. Don’t hesitate make that call today to prevent any delays in recovery. The doctors and staff sat and talked with me about my mothers plan of treatment.What more can I say about a facility that gives this type of care. I am ever so thankful for this facility and that someone enlightened me I want to enlighten everyone I can.Thank youNina

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!The doctor assigned to my father was completely incapable of care and completely unable to read the medical reports from the VA hospital and caused his death. My father died due to incompetents.

Excellent caring knowledgeable staff. Excellent physician care with daily visits at a minimum. Excellent Wound Care And physical therapy. Really have nothing but complementary remarks about total experience! As a physician myself, I think that I am a good judge of excellent medical care, and that is what I received here.

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE REHABILITATION CENTER.At first I didn't think much of the place. After being a resident at a competitors facility, I had to give them a higher rating. I didn't have anything to compare it to.I was recently a resident at the Crescent Rehab Center. In my opinion, the Atrium rates quite a bit above the Crescent. The food is much better, the standard procedures (laundry, medication, late night comforts) are better suited for a more enjoyable stay. The administrator is easily available, major concerns can be discussed without undue delay. Overall, the Atrium provides a much more professional stay.Medically, I can't compare the two. The doctors seemed to be adequately competent considering my medical condition, at both Atrium and Crescent.

I honestly don’t want to give any stars at all. The doctor is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met and his lap dog (I mean COO) is his puppet. These people don’t care about their patients at all they are only an income to them. I can honestly say the nursing staff is incredible they truly care about their patients. I worker here for only 2.5 months and had to leave due to the disrespectful and belittling way the doctor talks to everyone that is absolutely unacceptable.

Their negligence lead to the death of my grandma. I called up there to talk to her and they transferred around until someone finally told me she passed two hours earlier. They didn't even let us know! They told us she was doing good. They lie to you! On top of that when we picked her stuff up they only had her blankets and clothes. But they said her two necklaces she was wearing were magically gone. We can't prove it but one of them had stole them off her when she passed! They were necklaces she wore for forever and one I gifted her. They're not even worth much, the pawn shop will laugh in their faces. Don't send your love ones here please. My grandma had no other option because of dialysis. They will lie about your loved one's health and steal. Disgusting. Hopefully their hands blow off for that disrespectful behavior of taking things, especially a deceased person.

I came here out of memorial Herman close to death and dr Patel/nurses at atrium medical center helped me stay alive. I am now going home which I never thought was possible. I would like to thank them all and god for the faith and love.

Very rude and unprofessional.. middle eastern staff and management made me wait a whole hour just to be interviewed then cut me off mid interview and said they couldn’t use me and that the job wouldn’t be a good fit even though I have a good decent reputable background in nursing !! I did not even want to give one star. My mother was sent here and was dead within 3-4 weeks. Doctor kept telling me she was doing great even though every time I saw her she was out like she was on a sedative. Was able to get her out of there and on hospice but she passed within 6 hours of leaving the facility. I had to fight to get her out - they wouldn't let her go! Doctor didn't even tell me she was so sick. A nurse told me that she needed to get out of there!
