I give this place 10 thumbs down!!!! am not one to normally right reviews or very active on social media, but my horrific, stressful experience with them has prompted me to speak up. I've never been more deceived in my life on a purchase. I recently had my first born in January of 2016 and was engaged at the time so needed to wedding plan after giving birth and maternity leave. Longer story short, I visited an Impression Bridal shop in Kennesaw, GA and at first, received the typical, bridal customer service. There was a gown that I tried on last and it looked amazing! Even though I was 3 months postpartum and the dress could not fit completely, it looked remarkable on me and was a contender from another gown that I was considering. I did not make my decision that day because the dress was slightly above my budget, but not a dealbreaking amount so I wanted to think about it.
While I was still at Impression Bridal, the sales staff sensed that I was on the fence, so they began to super sell me on the gown. They commented on how beautiful I looked and how the gown was stunning on me. They mentioned that this particular dress hadn't officially been booked in inventory because it was just in from a tradeshow in New York and that the price would double if I didn't make a decision in 2 weeks. I still wanted to think about it because I am not an impulsive, impractical person especially with a purchase such as your wedding gown for your big day. The dress was more white than I wanted for my wedding gown, but it was again beautiful. Besides, they told me it only came in one color, Candlelight Ivory and it "looks more white"....
Two weeks later (April 10, 2016), I decided to go with Impression Bridal for the gown because it was a gorgeous gown, they made me feel confident they had my best interest at heart and that I was getting a deal! They "took my measurements", placed the order and I signed my life away on my wedding dress.
Of course, there are no returns whatsoever, they are not liable for anything and boy do they live by that.
My dress comes back in August. Excited that it arrived time enough for the wedding in October. I had my 1st fitting scheduled for Sunday, August 21, 2016. My sister, mother and cousin accompany me for the exciting event on to have my dress NOT FIT! I panicked. I was embarrassed and heartbroken. I knew it would take months for another gown to arrive and the cost alone would be much more than I anticipated. While I was there, every sales person then lied to me saying that the dress is a great fit and how great it looked! What!? I could barely zip it, it gathered in the front and it did not look flattering at all. While I was there, another bride was in tears that her gown did not fit and looked horrible! NO sales consultant helped her, consoled her to say they would do everything in their power to make it up to her for her special day! And then it happened to me for my 2nd fitting.
My 2nd fitting was on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 (35 days from the date of my wedding...). After the first round of alterations, which was a couple of hundred dollars, my gown still did not fit!!! My heart sank and I expressed my sincere concern. Every sales person avoided me and left me with the seamstress to discuss my dress. She had to cut the dress open in order to make it fit to my body. At this fitting is when I noticed for sure this dress was different from the dress I tried on in April. This gown was IVORY and the bead work was completely different!!! I had ordered white flower girl baskets and ring bearer pillow and other decor in WHITE to match the "Candlelight Ivory" they told me this dress only came in!!! How in the world did I receive an Ivory gown?
I have a 3rd and final fitting 7 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING!!! Up until this point, I did not know if I, the Bride, was going to have a gown to wear on my wedding day!!! They mi

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT buy your dress here or you won't have a dress for your wedding. We are now 10 days out from my wedding, I have missed my bridal portraits date already due to being told my dress would arrive mid April so I scheduled around that. I spoke with Craig (the manager there) who could care less and is rude as hell. I feel i should be compensated for the stress and the fact i did not get to have a bridal portrait session. I only asked to not have to pay for the alterations being 177.xx and thats not even half of what the bridal portraits cost which are non refundable i paid the dress and I gave them them contract as they requested! I have spoken with them at least once a week in April to track it but no one knows anything about tracking there, finally I spoke with Craig the first week of May whom he informed me he went to corporate to discuss the dresses that were late(mine being one of them) and that it was supposed to arrive Thursday May 7th,but I was told I could not come in til May 11th, after being offered an appointment on the Saturday before. Craig's excuses this whole time was he had been hiring and firing people and had bad training that's why i've been lied to over and over again. First lie was dress to arrive mid april around the 15th, Second lie last week of April was dress was to arrive May 1st, third lie May 1st was dress was to arrive May 5th. NOW after going back and forth im being told I was never talked to Craig, he never informed me he went to corporate I was never told all the dates above and that I am a complete liar and that someone called me April 10th to tell me my dress would be here May 8th (never happened), I offered up my phone bills since its not on there and he doesn't have a clue who called me just said "someone did" and it was in the notes in the computer. I asked for the notes and the contract both were refused to me. This whole experience with them has been a complete nightmare. DO NOT GO HERE-- -Ashley

I ordered my bridesmaid gowns from this company and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Sizing was perfect, quality was beautiful, and they arrived early. I would recommend this company to any bride looking for excellent value for their bridesmaid dresses.
