I liked Alert 360 until my contract ended with them and in order to continue using their application you have to continue paying the monthly fee. So if you are looking for an economical and good company, this is one. But keep in mind that once your contract ends, you will not stop paying the monthly payment, unless you no longer want the service completely, door camera, setting and deactivating the alarm from your cell phone, etc. If you are looking for a team, once the contract ends you stop paying a monthly payment. This is not it.

Oscar was our technician and he was A+++Very personable and went searching for the problem diligently and fixed it! My parent’s home wire lines are old and needed to upgrade to wireless sensors and would have cost them hundreds of dollars but Oscar went and dug up old wires and repaired them. ThankU so much Oscar! Companies should have more employees with heart like Oscar!❤️
