I do not recommend this place. Two months ago I left a generator to be fixed and when I picked it up it was missing a piece. They did not take responsibility for the loss. What I can advise you is that when you leave something to get fixed,take photos so that you have proof of your things and the same thing that happened to me does not happen to you.

When I say I was in need of a emergency ? and this place saved me im forever grateful and forever gonna send family and friends business partners anyone who ask me about small machines they saved my week and my headache very honest and very very nice and good ppl im so happy and grateful with there service I can’t express it enough they deserve a 10 star very helpful knowledgeable the manger should get a raise you guys do your research I googled and they came up called and they treated me more then like family I can go on and on cause I’m so happy with the service not only that the honesty ! They’re is not many honest people but they are it’s not just about the money I’m so so grateful I found them … i can’t express it good enough there’s not words for how grateful Iam thanks all of you guys … so so grateful ☺️

I called this morning looking at getting a quote for some UTV work and unfortunately they don't service my engine. But the customer service was impeccable and the gentleman on the phone made some great recommendations for other places to try. If I have another motor that they do service, I'd bring it here in a heart beat based on customer service alone!

Stellar service! Fixed our mower in a reasonable time period for a reasonable price. Staff was pleasant and professional, and made sure the mower was thoroughly tested to ensure that it was fixed. Facility is clean and the store attractive. There are places closer to our house, but the service here was much better. Highly recommend.

My business with Action and Eric was for warranty service needed. Not surprisingly, Eric told me that the part I needed was not covered. So time passes, the part comes in, and Ryobi to their discredit did not include the guide wheel. Eric had briefly explained how to put the old wheel onto the new part. I had no luck finding a video and was stumped. A call to Eric and I was on my way to Action for his offer to take a look. He quickly replaced the wheel onto the new part and I was on my way with no charge. I have gone through this tedious process of dealing with companies for warranty work and Eric runs a smooth flowing operation. He puts the details out there for the customer and makes things very clear.

They’re thieves at this place!! I brought in my lawnmower for service, The invoice says I was charged $30 for service per hour. I brought my lawnmower in again and now the invoice says I am charged $50 for service per hour. This makes no sense! Are customers charged an hourly fee depending on what they’re wearing the day they come in???
