If you need to communicate by call so as not to drive to the clinic for the results of evaluations, laboratory or tests of your children, I regret to tell you that they will never answer your phone and even the answering machine will say that they missed your call, I rate it with one star because apart from that , I could say that my children received good medical evaluations during the time we were involved with the clinic, but they really need to buy new equipment or not take on so many patients so they can take calls from the ones they already have; I do not try to know how a clinic works nor am I interested because I am no longer part of it and although I know that there were more patients besides my children, the staff lacked a lot of empathy - although not all - but precisely those who treated me.

Access health dental clinic is excellent. They are very professional,staff is very attentive and Dr Martinez is excellent. Thank you for your impeccable service.

Going to my WIC appts used to he a HASSLE due to looong waiting times but this location is the best! All the ladies are always nice and patient they have a good attitude every time and they are knowledgable. Elizabeth attended to us today she was great!

The hygienist Cheryl is the best! She's an awesome person and very professional in what she does. My experience with my deep cleaning couldn't of gone any better. Thank you Cheryl for being genuine ❤️

Went here for years before I had regular health insurance through my employer. Very grateful for the kind people here who help those that cannot afford to buy good health insurance and/or don't receive good health care packages through their employers. It is very difficult to get an appointment quickly when things come up because they have so many patients, but that's out of their control due to the demand being so much higher than the number of doctors available.

The doctor was horrible I left that place with the same questions..in fact was told just take her to urgent care we don’t deal with that..Dr.delvayey I believe was her name I went in to the Stanford location since her primary care in Richmond was closed I thought we’ll ive always had such a great experience I was wrong this lady checked my daughter forcefully making one her her nurses hold her down when their was no need!!! My daughter is very Cooperative removing me from holding her made her cry and she was just super harsh for no need my daughter was uncontrollably crying and by the end all she did was repeat every symptoms I had told her and just walked out saying take her to urgent care it’s already 11 and we leave all I wanted is if she needed different medication to what I was already giving her and left worse with my 17 month old uncontrollably crying never have I seen her cry so much my daughter loves getting checked but this time was different stripped down to diaper and forcefully checked. She needs to be trained on how to work with children! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
