Had a great experience with the team. Scheduling the appointment was easy and very transparent. Pricing is way better than with the manufacturer. Waiting time was less than expected, they did a test ride. Got a referral to go here and can only speak highly of them. Highly recommended.

They always do thorough work and ensure that the customer understands exactly what is going on with their engine and transmission. The customer service is immaculate. Clay and Javier took the time out to discuss everything from beginning to end concerning the diagnostics, any issues, and advice concerning warranty issues. I would recommend this place EVERYTIME.

Shops like these you have to stay on top of whats going on and have some type of knowledge of the industry. Because any chance they get they will hit you with some serious charges just so they can make some money. Different businesses different practices.

What a great experience with this transmission shop! Clay and Javier were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain our repair in detail and answer all of our questions. The repair cost was reasonable, and it was a bonus to have a no-interest financing option available as well. We highly recommend A Plus Transmission Specialists Stafford and will be returning customers!
