They knowingly sold me a bad tire when I went up there at 5am this morning. It was flat before the sun even came up. I was disappointed that they would just take my money and give me anything like that.

Late night tire pop, and these guys were on it. Less than 15 mins upon arrival for my tire to be replaced and I was back on the road. Paid for a used tire and got a very great tire (practically new). Excellent service and price!

Hate to do it, but this is not a 24 hour tire shop… I’m at work now trying to do deliveries, got a damn nail or something in my tire.. first I called twice no answer so we have pulled up NOTHING!!! I’m so sad now I have to drive 24 minutes to another shop..

I called this 24 hour tire shop ahead of time to see if they had a certain hard to get tire for my Buick LaCrosse premium. I talked to Lewis and gave him 3 different sizes that I know would fit....he said he had a used tire available and I told him that I was on my way. After I got to his tire shop and went into the bay all of a sudden now he does not have that tire size and it's my fault because he said I named it another size. He then proceeded to try to sell me a new tire. So I think he just wanted me to drive there to send me a new tire and he never had a good used tire for me in the beginning. Be careful in most of these little small tire shops they all do it...the owner is responding to the bad reviews very rude as would be expected.... So the proof is in the pudding... ? They don't know about customer service at this shop.

I waited in line over an hour for a 4-wheel tire alignment happily and left an $11 tip. I got my car back from service and NOTHING was aligned once I entered the highway. I called upon my return, the MANager answered and was like whelp bring it back. I drove in and he said you’ll have to wait another 45 minutes before we touch your car. No apology and no concern for my time wasted. I was met with well you have a 30 day warranty come back within those days. I said no I waited an hour for my service to be done properly not to return and be met with the same cycle of service. This is ridiculous and absurd!!!!!!!!!!
