Rocky creek estates residents should be getting paid by the postal service. We constantly have to deliver or pick up mail from our neighbors. At least once a week our mail is another neighbors mail box. Mail carrier is always Stuffing items that don’t fit in the mail box and destroys the package and sometimes the item or your box is in or at a neighbors box or house. Horrible service. I cannot believe my federal taxes have to pay for this service!!!!

Worst Post office you can use. Just drive to next town and use theirs. Trust me. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Keep coming up with a different excuse to not send something off. But will drop at other post office and it’ll send out perfectly fine.

I never go to the post office and had several items I wasn’t sure on how best to send them. Jennifer at the counter was AMAZING! She was honest, smiled, was extremely pleasant, and took care of all 3 items. It was the best experience I had in a very long time at any post office. Keep it up Jennifer!!!

Terrible and slow. Nothing like getting an email saying the package is delivered to the PO Box just to go up there and it is not.

The staff here is amazing! James helped me last week making sure a package with the wrong address got delivered to me and it came that day! Went in to send a package today and Jenny was absolutely the sweetest!!!

By far the worst post office on the planet. Got an electric shut-off notice because bill never got delivered. Had to make a late payment on my truck because I never received the bill. Been waiting four days for my hold mail to be delivered. There are bills in it I need to pay. If you call and complain, you get the same scripted response to any and all concerns! AWFUL SERVICE. I go to Weatherford for my post office needs!

Wonderful Post Office!! in Springtown, TX. Some of the finest ladies you'll ever meet. They are very helpful. Best service EVER. I'm always so excited to see my girls there. They work their tails off to ensure quality costumer service. If I had to choose one place that has the best customer service, I would choose them. They're fast and efficient, and it's always clean and nice in there. They deserve the world for their kindness.

Terrible, workers won’t even try to deliver to the door when requested to, they will mark the package as “incorrect address” and send the package back to original sender, and when the service center is called they confirm that the address is correct and shows up no problem. With absolutely no way of aching the usps in springtown directly it seem like they are nothing but an inconvenience compared to other delivery providers/companies. They waist your time, money and expectations every time. Very good job staying at the top of The most unreliable service possible! Honestly makes me wish I just paid $140 for “quality air in a can” instead of there service. I wish I could put no stars but it’s seems I must be nice, so here is your undeserved 1 star! And I can’t hate on all usps just this location. You should all be fired and be replaced with professional who understand how to do the job correctly.
