After being overcharged by a couple of mechanics, I was hesitant to go anywhere else. A couple members from my family recommended Cole and he did not disappoint! He fixed all the issues in my car that I was concerned about and even gave me some useful information. Cole and his wife are very respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable- overall great people. My car was also fixed quickly and I will definitely be returning if my car has any more issues!Services: Air conditioning

Loved this business!!! Cole Neighbors and his wife Aimee the Owners/Operators were very professional, kind, and courteous. Always keeping me up to date with my vehicle's progress.. Also making sure my vehicle got back to me as soon as possible and was very reasonable with the pricing of parts and labor.. Its Wonderful family oriented place of business.. I’m extremely grateful for Pro Automotive. The lengths they went to, to help my family, will never go unforgotten. Being stranded on the side of the road is an extremely scary feeling, but not only did they come to me, they also gave me a ride home and toed my car to their shop. I felt less helpless. The entire time my car was in the shop, I knew it was in good hands. It’s hard to know who to trust these days, especially when you know literally nothing about vehicles, but this company is extremely transparent and doesn’t give you the run around about anything. Their entire crew is respectful, kind, and work extremely hard. Thank you Cole, Aimee, and all the mechanics at Pro Automotive!!!! Cole does a fantastic job on all of my families vehicles. We’ve used his shop a variety of times over the last 3+ years and have never had any issues or complaints. His work is thorough, the attention to detail is immaculate, and my vehicle always comes back good as new. Pro Automotive and Diesel Repair has done nothing but work wonders on my vehicle! Cole is a very calm and collected mechanic, always willing to help in any way he can. My family and I haven’t used another shop (and likely will not) since finding Pro Automotive. We’ve expected our vehicles to not be finished within a timely manner due to the tedious and meticulous process of repairing them correctly, but Cole has never let us down. The turn around time is phenomenal, customer service is great, and the pricing is more than fair. If there was a 10 star rating option, you’d get every bit of it. This is the best auto repair shop in Springtown, tx, and a very reasonably priced auto repair shop! The first time I used them it was from a recommendation from a friend, he told me they were the best auto repair in Springtown, Tx and Azle, and boy was he right! They fixed our suspension problem on our Ford Expedition in no time! That was a few years ago, and every time I have any car problems, or just need car maintenance in Springtown, they are my go to. Cole is the owner, and has a heart of gold and will do anything he can to fix your car and get you back on the road. I not only call him a mechanic, but also my friend. He even fixed my daughter's diesel VW car, my old classic Chevy s10, and fixed my service truck! I live in between Azle and Weatherford, but even if I lived in Fort Worth, I would still take it to Springtown to get my car and truck repair done by them!Services: Steering & suspension repair
