We have been banking with Pinnacle for over 20 yrs. The staff is excellent; never a worry, always exceptional customer service. Especially thankful to Paige. She has been kind, professional and prompt to respond to any inquiries. "Kathy" is also fabulous. Helped with a concern and was a joy to speak with. Thanks, guys!

Horrible Customer Service at the Branch.They have an OH WELL, NOT OUR PROBLEM ATTITUDE.When another branch calls with issues THIS ONE DOES NOT.....The lady at the desk to the right needs some training on customer service.

the lady with the big forehead and receding hairline likes to make mountains out of molehills. Promote the Latina lady at the counter to branch manager instead of the current manager who escalates minor issues.

I had an unfortunate experience with customer service where I expressed myself inappropriately by making insults and hurtful comments via online chat. As a result, the branch manager of the Springtown location Paige Slate contacted me and informed me that my account would be closed. She also requested that I visit the bank to withdraw my money. I arrived at the bank and they unlocked the door for me to enter, I then went to the counter where I got my money with no issues and I left. Without my knowledge while I was getting my money the manager called the police and falsely accused me of refusing to leave and causing a disturbance inside the building. Despite her false claims, the Springtown police did not arrest me but they did issue me a verbal trespass warning. It's hard to believe the manager invited me to come to the store location to withdraw my money, unlocked the door for me, and then called the police when I arrived. It is concerning that Paige Slate is in a position of authority and she abuses her power in this manner. It should be illegal to lie to the police and essentially set people up for trespasses the way Paige Slate has. Paige Slate grossly exaggerated the situation to provoke the police into taking unnecessary action. Although my anxiety and service-related PTSD do not justify my behavior earlier that morning with the online customer service, they might help explain why I was struggling with Customer Service. However, the Branch Manager's decision to fabricate stories and call the police on me was malicious. Her intent was clear - she wanted to see me behind bars or hurt, and she was willing to resort to lies to make that happen. Additionally, I have reason to suspect that someone driving a late-model grey Dodge Ram has been stalking me ever since the incident. It could be a co-worker or possibly the managers boyfriend or something. When I tried to confront the driver about following me into the Brookshires parking lot, they scurried off pretty quick.

I don't like how if I just want to deposit money it's more convenient to park and walk inside than to use the drive-thru because I don't have to fill out a deposit form when I walk inside but I do at the drive-thru (or at least it's implied by putting the forms before the teller) which completely cancels out the "convenience" of drive-thru banking.

Miss Kathy was very friendly and helpful working with my Dad when he was confused about his bank accounts. She was kind and professional when contacting me to let me know about my Dad’s account and add me to it per his wishes! Love this bank and fortunate to have Miss Kathy there when we need her.
