Worst customer service ever. I bought an instrument cluster that turns out was defective, speedometer didn’t work. Oreillys got me another one under warranty and it turns out it was off one digit on the part number. It doesn’t work, try to return it and they claim it’s a different part number and they can’t refund or exchange it. 450.00 wasted. I’ve been an oreillys patron for years but I’m done with them. I was able to get the exact cluster on eBay cheaper and programmed. Problem fixed. I spent 6 weeks trying to get this truck done for my son’s 16th birthday, I didn’t make it due to this faulty cluster and lack of customer service. I know oreillys doesn’t care or the staff, but pay attention if you buy specialty components.

The manager Sam is incredibly unprofessional. Spent his time cursing out my son over a battery exchange. His employees also do not respect him, as I saw them giggling about his retardation behind his back. Just another example of someone who should not be in a position of authority.

Poor customer service, unhelpful employees, and honestly just a very negative attitude towards customers. Sam has no problem resolution capability whatsoever. Also, it's very inappropriate to basically call customers thieves when you don't know how to do a return correctly. look elsewhere if you have to buy parts

I went in needing struts for my car. Bill checked on price and availability. He said he would have to order them, wouldn't get them in until next week, 5 days out. At this point I'm debating on what I should do. He explained a few things to me and suggested that I take my car to a shop and have them see exactly what parts I would need so I didn't order or spend more than I needed to.Long story short, Bill's suggestion saved me about $400 (cha-ching)I am so grateful that he was genuine with me and with his suggestion.
