I was very pleased with this company.The voice mail was very helpful as he makes his schedule and prices clear and upfront.Doug came at the scheduled time and remembered being at the residence prior to us owning the home just over a year ago and had told us the services he had already performed. Honesty is very important to me and I greatly appreciate his professionalism.When I need this service again he's the one I will call!

Highly recommend. We had a bad experience with another chimney sweeper who charged us $100.00 to tell us it would cost an additional $650.00 to clean our fireplace. Mr. Sweeps came amd cleaned it for $125.00. If you are looking for a great and HONEST chimney cleaning company, Mr. Sweeps is highly recommended.

We ran into an problem replacing our wood burning insert. After being fleeced by another company (A+ Fireplace and Chimney Repair) we found Mr. Sweeps. They were able to safely resolve our issue and install our stove at a very reasonable price.

Tanner came out and repaired our chimney pipe. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this company. After you get other quotes for a repair, call Doug and schedule a visit. I had two others that wanted to tear the rock out and replace all the components when it didn’t need any of that. Great job Mr Sweeps!

I booked an appointment with this company for this past Friday. Unfortunately, they guy never showed up, BUT he said he did and that I was not home. He even took a picture of a house claiming it was mine and it wasn't my house. The owner was not really concerned even after I told him I have a Ring Doorbell and his tech never showed up. I work from home, so I was home all day. I said I wanted to rebook, but the owner wouldn't commit to a specific day....only...one day next week. I've already booked with a company with top ratings that can be at my house on Monday. STAY AWAY from this company. They don't appear to care which means their works is probably not good either.
