Once I forgot a bag of like three items but in total it was like 15$. I called right back after I left and was told I could pick it up the next day. I live pretty far away from the store so when i made it back in it was close to closing time the next day.with the receipt to a different employee.I guess they hadn't saved the bag. But this skinny blonde short haired woman acted as if I was trying to rip off a bag of Snickers some allergy medicine for my sick son and canned dog food.She literally wanted to call the employee from the night before.then couldn't contact her. Followed by her acting completely confrontational to the point where I just left. I have not returned since. I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone.

The make up department is depleted. There’s a long line every time, there’s another register but they keep it closed and it’s terrible parking. 0/10, brookires sucks buts better than this

This is hands down the CLEANEST Dollar General I have ever been in. We needed allergy medicine on Thanksgiving, not only were they open but the cashier was friendly and helpful.

The store needs new manger cause the cashier called her 3 times and she never came in from outside.she was talking to some guy so I left and went to different store plus the store smells and needs to be cleaned

The employees are very friendly and helpful, when I asked where something was they had no problem showing me! The place was clean and well organized, and the checkout line was very small and moved quickly.

Prices have quickly increased in the whole store. People need to be aware there is one row at the back that has things that really are only one dollar!

The DG at Springtown TX is a total disaster and has been for a long time. Not just during their so called remodel. Items are not priced right and hasn't been for Months. They are really going have to improve to get my business back. And the talk around town is that people feel the same as I do.
