I've been with Amy Kaplan for several years. I only have a rental insurance policy with them but they treat me like I have the biggest insurance policy in the world.
Phone is answered properly and professionally and all questions are answered.
Heck they even take him time to remind me of billing statements coming due!
I highly recommend Amy Kaplan State Farm !

I've been with State Farm for over 7 years. Find yourself another agent! Amy Kaplans will not service you! Amy Kaplans office has been by far the most inconsistent/uncommunicative agent I've had yet. I've been with them for about a year now. It feels like almost every month something is going on with my bill, and I have to call and get it situated. What's encouraging me to leave a 1 star review is is absolute lack of communication on their end. When I started my policy here, I initially only had one car on my policy. Then at the start of this year (23) I added an additional vehicle. It was only about a month I had 2 cars on my plan. I was never told because I had two cars on my policy that added a "multi car discount" onto my policy making my rate cheaper. At the end of January I took off one of my cars leaving only my truck on the policy. When I did this they never informed me that this would take that discount off making my rate more expensive. It's been about 4 months since I changed the policy and this month my bill went from $120 (full coverage) to $180. When I called to see why she told me I was no longer eligible for that discount AND they were going to back date my policy since I went about 4 months with that discount. This was NEVER communicated through out the process. This is not a good building block to build a relationship with a client that pays your bills. $60 is quite a significant jump when you are on a budget. I feel like this is a bad representation for a company and has put a bad taste in my mouth towards State Farm. I have switched my agent and will be looking around for a new provider. I'm quite disappointed, especially since I've been with this provider for so many years.
