I just switched over from T-mobile and needed to go in and activate my phone. Hina was very helpful and so was her coworker. Hina handled a difficult "Karen" customer very well who was throwing a fit. Thank you for making what seemed a difficult transition smooth and easy. I will be returning to this location from now on. Keep youreyeson the Verizon and everything might be OK. I just had a pretty straightforward question and I stopped into this Verizon store for a little help. They were forthcoming and helpful but certainly weren't willing to do anything to look at chganging anything for me in terms of my weird and error-prone plan, probably because they're not supposed to. I've come across more useful stores and cheaper ones, but it's all so expensive and they're all similar... and they're in the same plaza as T Mobile, and I like them better than T-Mobile by the way.

The store is set in a nice easy and conveniently placed right off Louetta rd. The store was a little small but definitely have all the full capabilities of any store. The staff member Brad was extremely helpful in all of my needs as a customer. Thanks Brad!

By far the most friendly and helpful Verizon store I have been into. Kayla always seems to have the answers for me if I have phone trouble. Almost never any wait time at all. Going to another Verizon store does not make sense. Best kept Verizon secret.

Lauren was awesome! We stopped into the Verizon Store at 7312 Louetta Road in the Kleinwood Shopping Center. We met with Lauren who was knowledgeable, professional, and above all patient. She walked us through some phone and plan options and explained the benefits of each. If everyone would just learn and practice her work ethic!

Great Customer Service. Will recommend this Verizon Store to all. The lady in the store greeted us with smile and explained the function of the phones...I walked out with 2 phones and Tablet. Very Happy with their service.
