The store is set in a nice easy and conveniently placed right off Louetta rd. The store was a little small but definitely have all the full capabilities of any store. The staff member Brad was extremely helpful in all of my needs as a customer. Thanks Brad!

By far the most friendly and helpful Verizon store I have been into. Kayla always seems to have the answers for me if I have phone trouble. Almost never any wait time at all. Going to another Verizon store does not make sense. Best kept Verizon secret.

Lauren was awesome! We stopped into the Verizon Store at 7312 Louetta Road in the Kleinwood Shopping Center. We met with Lauren who was knowledgeable, professional, and above all patient.
