They never answer the phone. Mailbox is full can't leave a message!!! Trying to move in cant because they never sent insurance . If I could take the star away I would. But I had to put 1 star just to be able to post.

The worst customer service. Purchased a policy and kept getting the run around, kept saying I'll send you the policy, I would call and it would go to voice-mail but couldn't leave a message because it was full. Person on the phone wants to argue and speak over me. Do not waste your time or your money on this mickey mouse insurance agent.
