Shawn was awesome to work with. He listen to us and help design what we wanted. His price was fair, he is very responsive and stays on schedule. Our projects were completed a head of schedule. Each project was executed but an expert that was very good. All the workers were very professional and polite. They removed carpet from our staircase and installed custom wood that looks awesome. They installed carpet in the bedrooms upstairs, tile that looks like wood in the den, replaced the surround around both fireplaces. They even removed the old hearth space on the floor in front of the fireplace and repaired the floor up to the fireplace. Job well done. We will use Shawn for future projects and I already referred a freind to him.

We had Chance and his team replace the 30 year old flooring throughout our entire house and couldn’t be happier! They did a wonderful job and the floors are beautiful. Your Floor Store is definitely the place to go. We’ll be back when we’re ready for the next phase of renovation.

We undertook a whole house remodeling with Shawn Sortor and the experience was entirely positive. From the outset, Shawn was a great person to work with. He had a “can-do” approach to our ideas, went to great lengths to help us choose materials and workable solutions, and achieved the best results for our budget - all while keeping the process relatively stress free for us. The skilled crew worked hard and with consideration for the neighbors. We can't say enough about this company. To date, they have been used twice in my parents' home. They initially did flooring after the freeze that occurred (2021). Great, clean job. Then recently my handicapped father needed to do a bathroom remodel. Shaun, his counterparts, and all the workers chosen to come in, were all very professional, attentive, and kind. Shaun saw to it that my parents got the best within their budget and even budgeted to a point that we were surprised by. The end amount and the end work didn't match because the bathroom looked stunning, but the cost was much lower than initially expected to be when they began talking of this project. This company twice now has gone above and beyond for my parents and we all can't be more thankful. Please take the time to look into them if you are in need of remodeling. We definitely recommend them to anyone in need of the type of services they offer. Their work ethic and honest business will be worth your time.

We could not have asked for a more positive experience than what Your Floor Store provided for our renovation projects! Chance and his team bent over backwards to ensure we were pleased with our choices and outcome. From taking all the time we needed to decide on the type of flooring best suited to our needs, explaining the pros and cons, answering a barrage of questions, and overseeing every detail, Chance continually displayed the utmost kindness, knowledge, and integrity..He orchestrated the installation process of our hardwood floors and new master shower stall with precision and amazing efficiency, not wasting a moment. The crews were outstanding as well, extremely skilled and courteous throughout the entire process. We loved our master bathroom remodel work with Shawn Sortor and his team. They worked with my schedule and met all our needs for this project. Shawn is an excellent person to work with when it comes to planning, design and for material selection. They were thorough and detailed. I have few more projects planned and hoping to work with them on those.Very trust worthy and they work hard to deliver you the best results. I recommend this team and I’m glad I got the best in town for my projects.

YFS was fantastic. We had a hot water leak in our attic that brought down 2 ceilings the day before Thanksgiving. They came out with a crew of 5, a plumber, 2 with fans and dehumidifiers, and 2 to demo. The did all the drywall repairs, repainted the rooms, took out the soaked carpeting and padding, and re-carpeted. They also dealt with the insurance claim directly.We ended up carpeting two other rooms with them because they were so responsive and professional !

Chance and his team did a wonderful job in our home kitchen, 2 bathrooms and total flooring remodel. He patiently helped us with sound selections of quality products in our budget. Supply chain issues are a reality and Chance worked diligently to resolve them effectively to ensure we were totally happy with our remodel outcome. The work crews were hardworking, courteous and professional. Chance helped us with a previous “seller remodel “ that was on budget , efficient, quality and financially successful. Your Floor Store did a great job on our vinyl laminate flooring recently. Chance has helped us several times in the past and always makes sure the job is done right. Great attention to detail and quality, with high integrity. He always makes sure we are happy about the job done, even though I can be quite particular about how things are done.

After shopping a few different stores, we decided to use Your Floor Store on Spring Cypress for new carpet. We could not be happier with our experience, and we highly recommend Shawn and his team!
