This location offers a great experience. The staff educate customers on the products offered by the company. They are ready to help in any way possible.Do not bother spending your time on the phone with customer service agents and robots. Visit a store. It makes a difference.You get a survey text message after the store visit! Make sure to provide a rating of 9/10 if you were properly helped!

I’ll never understand when ‘customer service’ became so unproductive and rude. The lady that helped us was corny and in the end didn’t accomplish anything. She was giving ‘I’ll get you before you get me’ plus I hate my job. Thanks for nothing.

I tried calling this store today, so the number I was using is listed on Google Maps.I learned that the number DOES NOT connect you to this store, but something else entirely.I'm not sure what happened, but the number I dialed got me someone I think who wasn't paying attention? I asked if they were physically in the store. I had to repeat the question to confirm that they were not at the store where I got help with my phone.I'm giving this place a 3, because I loved how the people helped me and my parents, the ppl that are at the store. However, points off, for the frustrating number provided on Google Maps that can't get you the person who helped previously.

Been a customer for 10 years, service is fine; dropped television years ago, internet only for a while. However, once our latest promotion wore off, they are now overcharging me for speeds we frankly never received. When I called to ask about a retention promotion, I was given the choice to either pay more starting next month for the same service or to pay the same amount for slower service. Neither of those seemed like a good deal to me, so not surprisingly shopped elsewhere and found a good alternative for 1/3 the price and comparable actual speeds. After a week of testing the alternative option, I called today to cancel Comcast. Definitely compare your options, for us Comcast wasn't the best value for the money for internet service.

I have always worked with Sylvia, she constantly goes out of her way to meet and exceed all my expectations and everyone I have seen her work with. The "helper" staff varies, but Sylvia is the one constant that keeps me returning to Xfinity for Internet and Cell support... She is the best! Worth a visit for sure!

Had a great experience in the store today despite the issue I'm dealing with FedEx not delivering my phone. Everyone in the store was super friendly and the lovely lady that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable. I will be going into the store from now on. I wish I could remember her name, but her customer service was fantastic! Thank you! I'll be back soon to get my new phone!

Incompetent employees. The lying, cheating and stealing, racist employee that works there need to go. The black “girl” working there most the time, could care less that she is the problem. She created the mess that no one in their company can fix. They failed to apply the promotion rate for a new phone at the time of activation, they acknowledge they made a mistake in failing to apply the promotion, they refuse to do anything to fix their mistake. They did not even transfer the phone I brought correctly, so the system says it is not active, but it receives service and I’m continuing to be billed. Incompetence. All the positive comments about this store employees are lies.

After spending over 4 hours on a call with customer service in Asia without the promised call back I decided to attend my nearest store. 35 minutes later issue resolved service working as expected. Phillip understood my issue and fixed it. I will never call customer service again, they don’t understand the meaning of the word. Just go to the store.

The 2 "women" working at this location today 3/22/2023 12:33pm are horrendously rude! They should not be allowed to deal with the public with those attitudes as if they are doing you a favor.

I see lots of complaints on service and it's true. We got the service w them but if it was for the treatment I would have run. Seems like they are doing u a favor rather than be thankful for our service. The attitude!!! Seems this day in age you have to beg to get somewhat decent treatment. Worst thing is these reviews do nothing for management to say hey guys we have to pick it up or just get rid of someone who doesn't appreciate their job.

The store was very clean, bottles of hand sanitizer many places. The sales rep was great. They addressed my problem, replaced faulty equipment quickly, and got my moma a good deal for her internet. Great job.
