If money is no object, these people are nice. But otherwise, don't let them do anything without first letting you know what they intend to charge you for it. for starters, if you have the vehicle towed to them, they will accept it, pay the tow fee, and then add on another $100. On top of the tow charge- for their trouble. That's all cool...as long as you know to budget for that added $100.
If you go here, whatever you do, don't let them do ANYTHING without outlining the entire bill first. Because they also have no problem fixing all sorts of things that aren't related to what you came in for and charging way more than what it's worth. I'm assuming this isn't usually a problem if money is not an issue for their normal clientele. Since that was not our situation, we were blindsided when we called to check on the progress and after asking what we owed so far, were told $10,000. What? For a starter?? How??
That was more than what she paid for the motorhome she brought in. It needed the starter fixed and she told Al he could look it over and see if it needed anything else, but he took that to mean that after he found anything needing attention, he could also fix it - and at any price without prior approval. Some of the charges were legitimate, AKA what needed to be done. Once he called and told her he found her bathroom mirror tucked away and he hung it for her. She politely said thank you, thinking he had just done it to be nice. No need to be rude and ask him to unhang it because it was her intention to replace that mirror. But he wasn't just being nice, he changed her $140 to hang it! So many miscellaneous charges that ended up costing more than what the vehicle is worth. Now she has to sell the vehicle to pay for his crazy charges.
And that's what makes me so angry. If that wasn't meant to be her starter home, she could have sold that vehicle before taking it to him and collected maybe 9,000. It has low mileage, and is a very good looking RV. Now she has to sell it and get nothing. She just got out of the military and was ready to restart her life and this nice guy with the upcharges financially ruined her.

Think twice about taking your car here for repair I had my 2021 Toyota tundra repaired here in 2022. My truck had 10,000 miles on it and it had a front end collision still having trouble to this day because they used junkyard parts to save them money instead of putting new parts like my insurance company paid for I’m sick and tired of people being taken advantage of like this, my truck still has 35,000 miles been through six alignments two sets of tires and nobody can still get it right to this day because of their cheap routes .

Pretty awful on all things service. Nice when talking to though for what it’s worth.
-Took over 5 weeks from my initial call to get my vehicle into the shop with no real explanation.
-once I did get my car turned in and worked on they ordered the wrong part which extended the timeline by a few days.
-after getting vehicle back saw that the paint dried with texture and paint drips in a few locations.
-when I went to drop it off they offered me a shuttle while I waited. Only to leave me stranded and having to order my own uber back.
Among other things, them digging their heels in while working with my insurance and not treating my grievances with adequate concern, def will take my vehicle elsewhere in the future

Such an enjoyable and easy experience! I didn't have an appointment, but they jumped right on my truck for the state inspection and oil change. Was in and out in less than 30 min. I'll be using Woodlands Car Care from now on. Very impressed!

WCC has repaired and serviced my car multiple times. Al bent over backwards to make sure that it was as easy as possible. My car has been repaired quickly and the problems are resolved. If you need a car repair place that is thorough and trustworthy, this is it.

We just had a great experience with this company. We had a small back bumper and bumper guard damaged in a minor accident. We showed up unannounced but were immediately seen by Joe Padilla, GM, and Justin Wachel, Parts Manager. They spent less than 10 minutes inspecting our bumper and taking pictures, told us the parts might take 4-5 days, and we could come back then. The parts came in and we were immediately taken in for the repairs. 24 hours later the car was perfect - if anything the back end looks even better than before the accident. And of course they had completely washed and detailed the car so it looked literally brand new. Total charge for all parts and labor was $811 - ! We could not believe what great work was done, and how fast it was done, and for only $811. Needless to say, Woodlands gets our business from now on.

A lack of communication - My car was serviced from July - November. I can count on one time how many times I was contacted by the shop with updates. All of those contact attempts were made immediately following my insurance adjuster or father reaching out to the shop for an update first. I contacted the shop numerous times, reaching out to the email I was given on a business card and the email found on their website. I never once received an email back despite several follow-ups sent on my side.
Unsatisfactory work - I had to bring my vehicle back numerous times after it was returned due to unfinished repairs. A tree fell on my car during a storm, resulting in dents to the frame and water damage to the interior. The first time I came to pick up my vehicle with "completed" repairs, there was a massive water stain on the headliner that could not be missed and a dent left untouched on the frame. The dent was left because the shop "did not know it was included on the claim"... despite having my contact information as well as my insurance adjusters.
TLDR: I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Woodlands Car Care & Collision due to a lack of communication and unsatisfactory repairs.

I tried to fix a tiny broken clip in my gas tank with superglue, and got the glue all over the side of my Lexus. I brought my car here for help, and Josh took care of the issue for me in 5 minutes! He used the right product and buffed it out, and did it all for no charge. I will be using this shop for all my body work needs, as I can tell by their professionalism and willingness to help that this is a great place.
